The service was a prompt as it was poor. I was quoted a price of $300 for the survey +$50 for a property map. When the fellow arrived I was told the price was $350. My map was never delivered and there was no further follow up, no receipt and nothing else. In the event of a board dispute in court, I have nothing and no verification. I have no property map, no receipt or invoice, and no paper work. I have stakes in my ground and copper pins. I had expected more than a survey of my property and nothing else.

It’s hard to reach and receive response from this guys. Most of the times didn’t call me back after voice mails.

Tim Johnson and his team were very professional from start to finish. He was able to schedule my property survey with in one week of my first call to him. When his team arrived they spoke with my wife and informed her of what they were going to be doing. His team was very careful to not disturb the pins that were located under bushes. When I arrived his team did a thorough walk around my property to point out the markers and pins they located.

Tim Johnson responded within 2 hours of my request for a quote and only 1 of the other 3 companies even responded at all. The cost was very reasonable and Tim answered all my questions very professionally and in detail. Butch & Brad arrived exactly as scheduled and preformed the survey as I anticipated it had to be done for establishing my property lines correctly. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented in preforming the survey. They had respect for my neighbors' property they had to access to locate pins for starting the survey. They repaired in a very proper manner any areas of my neighbors' property they had to dig up to locate starting pins. After doing all the correct measuring and calculating, they placed pins and stakes marking my property corners. I highly recommend Tim & his staff for this type of project.

Tim was excellent. Responsive and did the job on time and for the price we agreed. If I need service like this again, I would definitely call him.
