Description of Work: Install hardwood floor on first floor of house, new wood baseboards and trim.

+ 0 moreMade me sad that they did not call back when they stated they would. I waited but no call, no show, so that was the end of that.
Description of Work: I spoke to the owner...sounded nice, he was going to call to come out for an estimate in a few days, never called, I waited a few weeks and that was the end of that.

We talked almost every morning about the job, and when an issue came up during the day, the general contractor called, and we were able to resolve the issue fairly for both sides. They were professional from day one. They are still on the job, but they should be finished by the end of the next week. Our neighbor came over to see what they were doing to our home, and he took their card because he was so impressed witht he quality of their work.
Description of Work: Remove an old "Florida Room" (8' wide by 16' long) that was all glass and a wasted space in our home. Remove, redesign and rebuild the 25-year-old deck. Design and build a screened sun porch to replace the "Florida Room" but make it 14' wide and 16' long. Attach the new screened sun porch to the house and allow for access to the house and the new deck. Demolish and remove from the premises an old 16' x 16' shed. Recycle as much of the lumber from the old shed in the new construction. Build and install a new 10' x 12' shed. And do all of this work between incredible rain storms that came nearly every afternoon!
