Paul was great! He was very polite. My wife misunderstood Paul regarding weatherizing the stairs but he was very accommodating and did it free of charge. Paul came a few days earlier and was done when he said he would be done. The stairs and garage doors look great now! I will definitely use Honesty and Pride in the near future!

Paul was wonderful - he was able to get to our house to give an estimate within a few days, was able to get the work done within a few weeks, and the work was A+ - and he came in under budget. Paul was friendly and professional, and we are already planning to hire him for another project. He is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We have had Paul do various jobs at our home over the last few months and have been very satisfied with his craftsmanship. Paul always responds to our initial calls in a timely fashion and within a short period of time comes by to review the work that needs to be done and gives us a fair and competitive estimate. He is very knowledgeable and aptly fits the description of "Jack of all trades".

From the first contact to the final product Paul made me feel confident that the job would be done right. He more than kept his word. The workmanship was top notch and he completed the tasks quickly and efficiently. I had no problem or reservations letting him into our home which is always a scary thing. This company's name says it all. I will definitely call them again when I need a helping hand.

I found Paul's service through Angie's List, and I'm glad I did. He was on time for the walk through and estimate, and was prompt on out scheduled time. He did an excellent job with all of the tasks, and left every area he worked in a clean (or cleaner) that when he began. I will definitely use him again!

As always, he was punctual, polite, and a quality professional. All of that comes at a very reasonable price. I will continue to call on Paul for the jobs that are too big for me to handle. His attention to detail was outstanding and I could not have asked for a better result.

Paul returned my call right away and then came out the next day to give me an estimate. When I told him I was in a hurry to get the work done, he started on the spot. Within 2 days the work was expertly done. Paul's work is the highest quality and he is a true professional. I can't say enough good things about him.

Paul was very punctual and was actually at my rental property before I arrived there. He measured the windows (bay window in living room & window in attic) to be replaced and called me within a few days with the estimate. Even though I changed my mind about replacing the larger bay window I had asked him to include in the estimate, he was still willing to replace the smaller attic window. The window had to be ordered, and Paul said it would take around two to three weeks. He finished the job timely and was always a gentleman to talk to. He always returned my phone calls within the same day or the next. I will definitely call Paul for all my handyman needs. It was a pleasure to work with him!

I was very happy with how quickly my call was returned and how quickly he was able to start . He also worked very hard the entire time he was here ,finishing all the tasks and more!

Located name on angie's list, called and left message on 12/14/12. Mr. Nelson called back that evening and left message. I returned his call on Monday 12/17/12 and the work was completed on 12/18/12.

Paul was responsive from our first phone call. He came and examined the job within a day and got back to us within two days with an estimate. We felt he treated our home as if it was his own. He arrived promptly at the same time everyday. He worked long days to complete the job promptly. He kept the mess involved to a minimum. When he was finished, you would have never known that he was even there except for the fact that his finished projects were beautiful. His work was of the highest quality. We felt his rates were reasonable for the high quality of his work. He actually charged us slightly less that this original quote. Plus, he is a really nice guy! He even assisted us at the end of his job to reinstall our curtains. Needless to say, he is highly recommended by us.

The overall experience was perfect. He always called me back and also called to let me know that he would be arriving a little later than he expected on the day of the job (which was fine). Much of the day was spent installing custom shutters which were not just the "slap them up" builder grade and required that he fashion an appropriate way to attach them on the bottom. He didn't miss a beat and they look beautiful. He also showed up with a mock up of what he would do to finish the porch posts and it was perfect so that was completed. Finally, he installed the chair rail trim in our bedroom and that turned out fine as well. Now I have to say, the corner spots weren't A+ but I believe it was a couple of factors such as my needing to leave (so he was a tad rushed) and the material was a little odd to work with, not a standard wood trim. But I'd still give it an A-. Also, I believe due to the rush, some nails and things were left around but that's minor in my book (I don't have small children and this may be more important to those who have kids) especially for how wonderful everything else was as well as the price he charged which was very reasonable.

Paul and his associate came in with the required materials and a plan to perform each of the services. They had been at my house the week before to review what needed to be done and give me an estimate, so this allowed them to develop their plan when time came to do the actual work. All work done was outstanding. They showed a concern for doing the job right, which is what I am looking for. They were very efficient and explained what they were doing. The price came in at the low end of the estimate. Overall, high quality work at a fair price.

It went very well. Paul responded quickly to our inquiry, sized up the job, and did outstanding work in a very timely manner. He went above and beyond, even sweeping sticks and leaves off the roof above our garage and cleaning off the siding under the gutters in back. When he realized that the gates to our back yard were locked (and my wife wasn't home at the time), he climbed over with stepladders to be able to do the job. Now that is dedication. The result was better than I'd hoped for. Our gutters even LOOK great, like they're brand new. (Did he polish those things, or what?) And all for a very reasonable price. Paul left a nice, helpful note with his invoice, explaining exactly what he and his helper had done. We'll use Paul again for any sort of handywork, cleaning, or repairs, no question.

I called Paul based on an Angie's List listing and we scheduled a time for him to come look at the job. He was very efficient. He measured and made some notes, gave me a very fair price estimate, and we arranged a date for the work. He called ahead to make sure the date was still convenient. On that day he arrived right on time and worked straight through from about 8 am until 2 pm, finishing all three tasks. He had bought the needed materials and even sanded the 2x2s for the stairwell ahead of time. I couldn't have been more pleased, I'll bet there's nothing Paul can't do!

Like previous experiences, Paul is exceptional. His work ethics are unbeatable and his price is reasonable (low).

Everything went great, thanks to Paul. He was responsive from start to finish. He does professional work and uses professional equipment. He was courteous, punctual, and respectful of my property. In the end, the cost was lower than expected and I was so glad to have the home looking beautful again. I inquired about estimates on other handyman work than I need and I look forward to hiring him again. I highly recommend Paul.

I was really pleased with the level of hardwork and professionalism that the owner of Honesty & Pride showed while painting and installing the tiles on my bathroom floor. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and he did a GREAT job! I would highly recommend him. HIs pricing is fair and he has alot of pride in his work. He didn't stop working until he finished the job. He made suggestions and recommendations. He cleaned up before he left. I'm so happy to have found a Great handyman! Paul was helpful upfront in providing an understandable quote and guidance on paint, and we were able to schedule the work for a convenient time. Paul was punctual, reliable, and did high quality work - we are very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable given the time needed to do the job properly. Paul provided some 'extras' too, including hiding some some unsightly cords/wiring. We will definitely use Honesty & Pride again for more painting and possibly additional handyman jobs.
