I called Larry because I was just moving into a new home. Even though I hadn't gotten any energy / utility bills yet, I knew that they would be big and that the house was not very energy efficient. It was originally a stone barn converted to a house, then two different additions were placed in different decades in a sprawling hodgepodge of unique architecture. He hooked up the blower door and we went around together with the thermal imager and he identified all the spots where we had poor air sealing (leaky attics, recessed lighting fixtures, poorly installed vents, doors and windows out of square, etc.). He didn't sell me anything, but he did give me the information of a contractor who can help correct the identified problems and gave me some honest advice on what were the best options to replace some of my low-efficiency appliances (water heater for heat pump water heater, 1980s heat pump for geothermal) and how to cheaply zone my house for more efficient HVAC. I'd happily hire him to do the work himself, but unfortunately he just does inspections and energy efficiency audits. I'd highly recommend this very affordable service to anyone in the Lehigh Valley who would like to save a significant amount of money on their utility bills.

Larry was great, showed us all the places the houses were leaking heat out and gave many recommendations on fixes. We noticed a big difference this year after those fixes and putting in replacement windows. It was extremely beneficial.
