+ -1 moreI had a toilet that kept running in my rental property. They were 2 hours late for the first appointment, then when the guy finally got there he 'fixed' the toilet but just as his truck was driving away and I was about to leave my tenant came out to tell me the part he put in came loose and it was still running. The guy did come back that evening, but shortly thereafter it started again and that's when the runaround began. I kept calling and they kept promising to call back and after a couple of months of the back and forth I got fed up and finally asked for a refund. The lady in the office Phyllis told me I couldn't get a refund but someone would call back. Nobody ever did and when I called twice more and I got the same surly, sarcastic responses from her. I asked her to have the owner call me and he never did so I finally filed with the BBB and hopefully they'll help. What a nightmare!
Description of Work: They replaced a part which came loose twice. The first time they came back that night to repair it, the second time is when the trouble began.

Description of Work: I called for a plumber to fix my leaky kitchen faucet. He arrived within an hour of my calling the office! After inspecting the faucet I was told it would be cheaper to replace than repair the faucet. I was given recommendations on the brand to buy and an estimate of cost for replacement. I wasn't charged anything for this call! I would trust them with any of my plumbing concerns.

+ -1 moreThey are great to deal with and we have dealt with them for years. This is a family owned business. They are willing to squeeze you in when needed. They are honest people. The owner is available and involved with the work. The are prompt and they let us know what we should be doing.
Description of Work: Inspected outside faucets, replaced some pipes.
