I thought it went very well. The inspector, Jim, provided all the services i contracted for. I received the online home inspection report the next day. It included pictures and a synopsis "of the improvements and safety issues that should be budgeted for or repaired over the short term. This includes structural defects or concerns, anything significantly affecting habitability, and items that are harmful or dangerous to the occupants, due to their presence or absence in the structure." This synopsis gave a a true picture of the condition the house was in. The radon test 4.3 results showed that the basement was above the 4.0 EPA guidelines and would require remediation. The insect inspection result showed no problem and the air quality test showed minimal mold growth and normal air results in the majority of the tested items. Unfortunately, the seller was unwilling to address the important issues uncovered by this home inspection and as a result I terminated the sale. Though it cost me over $600 for these inspections (which is pretty standard apparently), I did receive a 5% discount by paying cash. I estimate that it actually saved me many thousands in the long run had I actually went ahead with the purchase and so I think it was money well spent.

It went very well. the owner came to inspect it himself. although not in the contract he went on to inspect other buildings in the property (it is a farm). I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It is rare to see this level of professionalism

Larry was great! I tried to follow him around as much as I could and he was very informative. He explained all negatives and positives. Larry arrived before I did so he was right to work (also upon radon pick-up, sorry I wasn't there!). Report came in email within no time so we can move along with the process of the purchase. I can't say enough good things about Larry and his company. From the very start to the very end (3 hours), Larry and his team were nothing but professional and thorough. From the smallest detail to the biggest, everything was covered. I would HIGHLY recommend this team as your home inspection company to go to. We even had the report delivered to us electronically the next afternoon! Great Company!

Larry and the office staff kept me informed and answered my questions. They went out of their way in providing me with the information I requested. The is the first home I've placed a bid om in 22 years so the process of getting the mortgage is the usual next question please. Larry answered my questions and worked to make sure I had an idea of the costs of the repairs sitted as I went along. I learned a great deal as the inspection progressed. If we buy this house I am in a position to plan the fixes that will be needed. I'm sure there is more as there is no such thing as the "perfect house" but at least Larry and his company worked to educate me to what I was getting into. Wish me well! We had a Radon, pool and pest inspection added to the base cost.

The job was done very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased. Larry was extremely detailed and knowledgable.

I was skeptical of the value of a home inspection. I had heard plenty of horror stories. I found that if you have the right inspector home inspections can be invaluable. Our inspector John was great. He was there early and had already been looking around the exterior of the house. He spent over 2 hours there with us explaining everything as he went. He found many issues that would have cost us thousands to fix ourselves. He also pointed out things that we had seen but not realized the risk of. Like a retaining wall that if failed would be 20k to repair/replace and advised us to see if we could get it covered by homeowners insurance. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. If we don't purchase this house we now know what to look for when we are looking for another.

Inspection went very well, he showed up promptly (actually a couple minutes early) which is always appreciated. He was pleasant and professional and explained things to us as he did the inspection. He provided us with a nice written report that very same evening and encouraged us to feel free to call him in the future if we had questions.

The service was great. They arrived on time complete the service within an hour.

Overall it went very well. In a past life I worked as a carpenter constructing new homes so am fairly knowledgable already. John from Integrity inspection was extremely knowledgable, on time, courteous and answered what questions I did have. Reports are very good with pictures provided for the problem areas.

Larry was at our prospective home waiting for us when we got there. He was friendly and professional throughout the process of walking through the home looking for any potential issues. He gave us a very professional report complete with pictures and explanations in less than a day. A true pro. I'd recommend him highly to a friend or relative.

Very professional and thorough inspection. I gave one B because I had to ask for the Radon test results 1 day after the scheduled delivery time. Everything else is very well done.

Larry Transue came out to inspect a home we were buying in Alexandria Twp. NJ. He was prompt, personable and thorough in his inspection. Because the house was a bank-owned home and we had nobody else to ask, he took the time to answer the many questions we had about what several strange-looking plugs, outlets, buttons and switches did. He pointed out and was very knowledgeable about many features of the home and we actually discovered more [wonderful features] about the home than we knew existed during our walk-throughs. Thank you Larry, we appreciate your time and effort during that whirlwind time calling "home-buying" you made the inspection portion of the process go smoothly.

Larry arrived on time and as scheduled. He walked around making observations , taking pictures and notes while explaining the problems that he was finding to me. He found major electrical problems , that had not be installed properly, we were told all work had permits , and upon checking after Larry's inspection no permit had been issued and no final inspection from the township had been done. So make sure you check to see that major updated work had permits and inspections even if it looks good! To the layman's eye most of electric looked just fine but Larry found problems outside of the home right after the meter! He found that the Septic System appeared to be a cesspool, problems with the water/well pump, some rotting exterior logs and the list goes on. All of this prompted us to get individual professionals to look at and give estimates on repairs as Larry found on his inspection. Had a report emailed to me within one week , easy to read and all the details to give to the tradesmen for additional inspection. Good thing we did! Estimates came to over $100,000 to do the repairs that Larry inspected. We renegotiated the selling price and are now in the process of settlement. I was a bit concerned over the price of the original inspection but well worth it in hind sight. I am fairly knowledgeable in home construction and repair but most of what was found was way out of my knowledge of homes. Thanks a bunch Larry.

Went well, we met him at the property, he performed the inspection, spent about 2 and half hours going through the house and outbuildings. The water tests came back quickly, and it was great having all the reports online from the companies website.

Excellent. Larry was punctual, thorough. He went above and beyond to assure a smooth closing for me.

The inspector from II came half an hour before scheduled and walked me through each part of the house and explained each element. I have purchased 2 other properties before and the inspectors were in and out within an hour. This inspection lasted about a little over 3 hours and during that time the inspector discovered items that would have cost me at least $3-4K. The report was detailed and available online and the follow up inspection was scheduled and done promptly as well. I gave a B for price but $spent vs $saved it clearly ends up being worth it! I would highly recommend Integrity to anyone purchasing a home in the area they service in PA.

Getting an appointment was very easy and pleasant. They worked with the selling agent to gain access. Jim Wilbur performed a very thorough inspection of the home. He started with the roof then throughout the basement and crawlspace areas. He found multiple issues on the roof and a few problems in the basement with the heating and cooling systems. Block and structure were examined with only minor issues. During this time he spoke clearly to me about his findings, took lots of pictures and described the urgency of each issue. We went through each room, checking outlets, fixtures, and such for function and proper wiring. He also went into the attic to examine structure, insulation, and lighting systems. Once complete we returned to the basement and he checked behind each and every piece of insulation around the entire periphery to inspect for evidence of wood destroying insects. The inspection took about 3 hours just as predicted. All along Jim told me what he liked and what he thought needed work. The only hiccup for the entire inspection was that Jim started off at the wrong house. This is due to our 911 renumbering and the fact that the entry code was the same for both houses. Foreclosures either use the old numbers or none are posted at all, while the other houses in the neighborhood are well marked with the new numbers. He was at another foreclosure 2 houses away so it wasn't too bad. He had shown up there early and got to the correct house shortly after the appointed time. The report for the home inspection was ready the next afternoon and the wood damaging insects inspection report the day after that. The reports were clear, thorough and helpful with lots of pictures. I am quite pleased with this company. I have purchased homes previously but Jim was much more professional than the previous inspectors that I've used.

The inspector was at the house before I arrived. He went over every detail, from the property's potential issues, to each and every outlet in the house. He showed me what to look for when it comes to termites, mold and other potential problems. Since this house was built in 1900 he explained what some of the building norms of the day and what was upgraded to meet todays standards.

I rate this business very highly to anyone who needs a professional home inspection done.
