Overall Lawrence did a good job for me. Ultimately he did find some important issues and I was able to use that in negotiations. The buyer ended up performing a few thousand in remediation. If it was not for a quality inspector, I would have been on the hook for a big bill. He found $2k in electrical work and a long list of smaller items such as cracked joists and a chimney that needed repair. I was there with him and it was a thorough and helpful inspection. I do wish I had listened to some of the minor concerns he had. He told me "the driveway doesn't look graded correctly". Well turns out it was not graded correctly and my garage takes on water. I just spent two weekends digging a trench drain to fix that! He did miss one thing that I would have liked to know. My bathroom fans are vented right into the attic. They are not directed outside the house. Another weekend project. I was standing there when he looked and both of us missed this issue. But overall this guy saved me about $4k+ in headaches so I would recommend him to others.

My husband and I had Larry come and inspect the home we are in the process of purchasing. He was very professional and extremely thorough. We couldn't be happier with his services. Mike was very thorough and knowledgable on each and every aspect of the house he was inspecting. He explained in detail his findings. Mike is very personable and professional. Highly recommended! We scheduled an appointment for 10 AM on a Sunday. He arrived on time. The home inspection took about 21/2 hours to complete. He sent our realtor and us a detailed copy of the report the next day.

Larry did our inspection and he was great. He showed up on time, answered all of our questions and did a thorough inspection. Their prices were lower than the competitors I looked at and I couldn't be happier with the service I received at the price. Larry was a top notch inspector. He found a multitude of issues with a house that appeared cosmetically sound and mechanically intact. Of special note, he was able to determine the output of the furnace as being undersized for the home which we were in the process of purchasing, which would have been extremely expensive to run had we bought the house. Further, on retrieval of the radon test a few days later, he noticed water in the basement which was not present during the day of inspection, and he notified us of this finding. I found his willingness to re-inspect the premises on this follow up to be very helpful in making our final purchasing decision. I was impressed. Larry did a great job for us, and I would definitely use him again for our next home purchase. $500 was a small price to pay to avoid the headache and heartache that we would have had to deal with had we gone with a less thorough and conscientious inspector.

Lawrence, our home inspector, was very nice, thourough, and explained all possible issues very clearly. The inspection report came on a timely manor with clear explanations and pictures the next day. So pleased with with this business and our inspector from start to finish. Very reasonable pricing, and was able to complete the inspection with a two day notice.

The inspector was friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot of new information about the house. We will use this information to improve the property before we rent it.

Full report was available the next day. The inspector arrived on time. Very knowledgeable, and pointed out several issues that I had missed. Will save us a lot of money in repairs.

1) Larry, the owner himself performed the inspection because I asked for him. 2) Arlene did a very good job of coordinating the whole proces as we had some issues of scheduling with realtor and house being winterized. 3) Larry did a thorough job and appeared to know what he was doing. One of the local contractors whom I got later to give me an estimate of repairs also indicated that he knew Larry and he does a good job and is detail oriented. 4) Once issue arose that when I had initially called I made it clear that I wanted all the inspections, including mold done. Arlene stated that they do all the inspections. However, later when I did not find mold results in the report, I contacted her and she said that Larry wanted me to read his blog where he explains that why mold inspection is useless. After my insistence I got Larry on the phone and he said the same thing. He may very well be right according to my internet research but that left a bad taste in my mouth as they should have explained this upfront. 5) Overall I am pleased with my experience and I will use Larry again. 6) I have gotten houses inspected before and I feel that Larry did a much better job that most I dealt with before and the service was good.

After a great experience with Mr. Transue in 2008 with my primary residence inspection (he didn't miss anything!). For this investment property I am buying, I set an appointment up with Mr. Transue through his co. website on a Sunday. They called me that Sunday to confirm! The day of the appointment it was snowing and the roads were bad, yet it all came together. We confirmed by text all was on. He was very responsive. When he checked the repaired fire damage and current termite damage, he educated us, and said the fire damage was repaired properly and termite damage was only about a $100 job to repair. I was worried about major damage and the confidence I have in Mr. Transue relieved me and all of my concerns. Then he didn't even charge me!!!!

Most important was their ability to schedule on very short notice. The next day. Mike was there before me, was very professional, helpful, and informative. Also, the price was very good especially with the coupon they offered to Angie's List members. I would definitely use them again.

The entire experience was fantastic. I had read the very satisfied reviews of Integrity Inspection here, and decided I would at least try calling them, since I thought my property may be too far away from Easton to have them come out (approximately 43 miles which can be close to an hour drive). Despite my concern, they were very accommodating, and informed me that they would be able to take the job. I arrived at the property a few minutes before the appointment time, and found that Larry (the owner) was already there, and had begun setting up his equipment. We then went through the house together as he methodically inspected/operated the various systems. During the inspection, I had many questions regarding the condition of items, whether certain things were a problem, and even discussed remediation strategies with him. He always took the time to thoughtfully and carefully answer my questions. At no time did he make me feel like I was preventing him from making progress. Throughout the inspection, he took many pictures, and after each major system inspection, we returned to his laptop where the findings were recorded. The property had several outbuildings, which we were able negotiate into the price of the overall inspection. I wasn't as concerned with the outbuildings as I was with the house, but Larry again went beyond my expectations with the level of attention to detail he paid. The inspection reports were delivered to me electronically, which expedited the entire process.

The team at Integrity Inspection did a great job. From scheduling, administration, and communication of contracts, agreements and reports. They were extremely responsive, on time, and helpful. John who performed our inspection was very thorough. Not only did he inspect, but advised and pointed out implications and considerations of various findings. His report was available the following morning and emailed through their customer portal by the time I woke up the next day. They also were able to point us toward an expert for an issue they discovered, that required further investigation. Pleasure to work with an organization that inspires such trustworthiness. Not common these days.u

I though he was very good, very thourough, punctual. explained everything. He did the inspection within 1-1/12 hours. He did a radon test as part of the inspection.

We called Larry again to help us with another home inspection. He did so well the first time, we were more than happy when he agreed to help us out a second time. Larry and another inspector arrived early, were friendly and relaxed, and conducted a very thorough inspection. They took numerous photos and did a great job of identifying and documenting problems in the electrical box and plumbing which we were able to have the seller address. They were informative and shared their findings during the inspection as well as in the report, which was available the next day. (The results of the radon test were available a few days later.) They were willing to comment on issues which were not of great concern, but would need to be addressed if we bought the home, and gave advice on the proper method of repair. Due to their attention to detail, they found damage to the tile floor concealed by an area rug, which neither we or our realtor had previously noticed. As a result, we were able to go forward with our home purchase confidently and come to a fair agreement. We were very satisfied with the services.

He was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with insight about any issues that were seen during the inspection. I liked their willingness to spend time on the job to answer my questions. I liked their suggestions. They went beyond answering the questions, and were able to offer advice on certains repairs that might have been preventative. They gave a technical background on why certain repairs might become issues.

The inspector Mike started work on time. He was thorough and responsible. He took pictures of all broken items and found several defects in the house's electrical systems and circuits, windows, heating system, etc. He explained all his findings to me, and his report arrived on time within 24 hours. The report is excellent: detailed, honest, well structured and clear. The inspection report gives me a clear picture of the house's condition, so I can negotiate with the seller and hopefully there will be no surprises after settlement.
