Description of Work: Re-keyed 10 door locks on house. My only complaint was that they only provided 2 keys for 10 locks! I had to pay extra for more. Price was reasonable but I would have thought that I would get at least one key per lock. |The Lock Doctor came prepared and completed the work in short order.

Description of Work: Added a deadbolt lock to front door. Asked for recommendation for a good lock from them. They added a cheap lock at a premium price. Did a lot of cosmetic damage to the door and frame when they were drilling as well as the debris left on the floor. They did not offer to clean up or bring a dustpan in. I do drilling in people's houses in my line of work and always clean up. Very disappointed, but its what you can expect when a locksmith doesn't have a brick and mortar store. Do your homework first or bring your own lock.

Description of Work: They were very prompt. Quite knowledgeable and honest. Didn't try to sell me parts or services I didn't need. Actually came up with a lower cost solution to my problem. I would use them again and recommend them to a friend.

+ -1 moreThey were professional and even gave us additional options that we never even thought of. They even educated us on the SCAMMER LOCKSMITHS that are operating in the area. This is the only company that I would ever use again. Don't trust the companies that say they're local, but can't give an actual address.
Description of Work: They came out after closing on our house and installed 2 deadbolts, and rekeyed 3 locks. Their estimate for the service was spot on with the final invoice.

We sell, service, open and repair all manor of Safes, no matter how old, or where you bought it. We replace lost and stolen car keys, including the chip and transponder keys. If in doubt, it never hurts to ask.
We are not a towing or jump starting wrecker service. There is very little that we won't do, just ask and we will let you know if it is outside of our realm.
