I picked up the tires and loaded them in my suv. I should have checked them but it was late and I was exhausted so I trusted the shop guy/sales person. I brought them back and then tried to have them installed the next day. One mounted fine, but one wouldn't hold air. The tire guy showed me that it had been plugged and improperly at that. I called and the guy there told me there was no way they could be plugged and that he would mount them for me. I brought them in and showed him the plug. He tried to tell me that wasn't a plug and gave me the run around about how he could safely mount them. I just took them and left because frankly the stress of dealing with him just isn't worth. He was definitely unprofessional, a liar and a cheat. The place looks like a sleazy dive and the bad reviews that have popped up on here as well as other sites just let you know it to be true. I wasted 50 bucks so stay far far away from him and this place or you could be another one of the legion of unhappy customers.
Description of Work: If I had been an Angie's List member at the time I would have put this review up. My gf needed two used tires for her car. I did some calling around and he told me that he two that fit(they were an odd size). I asked if they were plugged or worn oddly he said no. So I went after work with my suv to pick them up because I was going to have a local guy install them.

Worst after-market automotive experience of my life. The window tinting took three attempts to get what I wanted. The audio install was done so poorly it rendered my car inoperable and I had to return it to the dealer to have them fix it so I could drive it again -- keep in mind it was less than a month old! The Honda Dealer had told me they had never seen an aftermarket install performed so badly before in their history. Wires were spliced poorly, too short, taped together and taped to contacts. They poked holes in wires to find power. They couldn't locate the factory amplifier after having my car for 9 hours. They disabled my Bluetooth module and were never able to make it work again. My car was returned to me with cut bits of wire on the floor, random tools left inside and my brand new seats filthy from them sitting on them. They offer a "lifetime guarantee" for the work but when they don't know what they're doing from the beginning, what good is that worth? When Honda had to fix my car and I wanted to talk to the owner about getting my money back they didn't even have the common decency to return my call. Wound up suing them in small claims to get my money back and return my brand new car back to factory specs. Was told I wasn't the first customer to have sued them and that they are likely to file bankruptcy so I'll probably never see any money despite the judge ruling in my favor. If this helps save one other person from having to go through what I did then I will feel a little better. Do not trust them with your money and especially your vehicle.
Description of Work: Simple window tint and speaker upgrade.
