horrible!!!!!

The filter he said was "bad" he removed and put in a smaller cartridge filter. The smaller filter could not keep up with the pool and was constantly (everyday) clogging and the pool was always dirty. Upon requests to come and fix the situation, he would either not show up when he said he would or constantly say he couldn't make it due to some "unforeseen" reason. He was also hard to get a hold of. He finally came and cleaned out the pool, but of course it didn't last because of the horrible filter. Would not use him again or recommend him. Lesson learned.

HORRIBLE -- HE IS A LIAR! HE SPENT OUR MONEY AND LEFT WITHOUT COMPLETING THE JOB WHICH WAS PAID IN FULL. HE LIED ABOUT ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER, FIRST ORGINAL POOL WHICH NEVER EXISTED CRACKED, PERMITS THAT HE NEVER SUBMITTED WERE LOST BY THE TOWN, THEN HE COULDN'T GET MACHINES TO DIG WHICH HE TOLD US HE OWNED AT TIME OF SIGNING CONTRACT. BEST LIE OF THEM ALL....HIS FATHER DIED! WELL IT'S A MIRACLE...I SEE DEAD PEOPLE ---FATHER IS ALIVE AND WELL - THIS POS EVEN TOOK SYMPATHY MEALS AND CARDS FROM US. DO NOT USE THIS JERK! I COULD WRITE A NOVEL ON HOW BAD IT IS! POOL STILL SITS UNLEVEL FILLED WITH DIRT WATER! WE STILL DONT HAVE EQUIPMENT WE PAID FOR, OUR WATER SLIDE, OUR ROBOT VAC, OUR TILE...SO MUCH STUFF...I'M NOT FINISHED WITH YOU JOSH IF YOU'RE READING THIS!!! I WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT, YOU WILL GO TO JAIL FOR THIS AND I CAN'T WAIT! I WILL MAKE SURE YOU GO TO PRISON AND THAT NO ONE EVER USES YOU AGAIN.

It went horrible. I put down a deposit and he came to collect more money 3 months before he started the work claiming that the payment was due when he dropped off supplies (he did not leave any supplies) He was over a month late starting the job. He worked weird hours and was very random about showing up. my contract said he was going to have water trucks come to fill my pool up. He was not making any money off of the water but he needed to include it on my bill. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill from the water delivery place in October because Josh never paid them and they were coming after me for the $1200 owed to them. (that was $300 less then what Josh charged me for that water! ) He could not do the job correctly because of how long it was going to take and how behind he already was so he told me he would come back at the end of September and finish the work and close my pool. Against my better judgement we gave Josh his final payment and I am still waiting to hear from him. He does not answer phone calls and he ignores texts. Unprofessional, unethical, unreliable are a few words that I would use to describe Josh. He is a horrible business man. He had a good ole boy thing going on. My word is my bond. I was really looking forward to Josh doing work on my pool. I thought I was getting a good deal from a good guy. I was completely blindsided and I am still waiting for him to show up for his week of Sept. 26th appointment to finish the job. Thank you Josh for teaching me a lesson. I thought there were a few good guys left. Honest, hard working etc... I had you all wrong!

If you value your money and want reliability, go another route!!! We hired Josh a year ago gave him the business to replace ALL of our pool equipment for a pretty penny. He performed the work. But this year was a whole different story. With a bad pool opening, it took half the summer to have the pool functioning properly. This year we needed a new cover which deteriorated in our pool over the winter clogging our brand new filler multiple times. Josh blamed it on us that we should have done it last year. With his expertise, if he told us that could happen we would have. We have been asking him to replace the pool light all season with no result! We gave him the pool cover to get a new one made, he requested a deposit and gave him that. Now it's been over a week and he said he would show up twice to do our closing and no respond from him at all. We have no cover to close our pool, it's now into October, we paid him money with no business conducted and he won't respond to our phone calls or texts. This has been an ongoing issue all season with lack of communication and excuse after excuse, with no regard to making anything right and satisfying a customer. Next step will be small claims court for the money he has taken from us and the services not performed!

I have had pool service for one month. The owner provides a different excuse for unreliable and poor service on weekly basis. I'm not satisfied as a homeowner and I cannot recommend this company. The service is also expensive compared to competitors.

“Strongly recommend against using this contractor. What should have been a two week pool deck replacement ended up taking 8 months. The contractor basically works alone with very little help and appears only sporadically. Communication was very poor. There was one excuse after another. Water was delivered by truck before the pool was tiled and, therefore, the tile grout ended up clogging the pool and was not set properly.”

We purchased the pool in winter of 2014 and wanted an install for the summer. Aquatic went out and got our permits for us and helped us lay out the best pool for our yard. The project was completed in less than two weeks and everyone was prompt while performing work. Although getting the pool installed was great, the best service came after the project was complete. My wife had many bumps in the road while learning to operate the system. They were always prompt to answer all questions for her and were on time to close our pool. They worked in the rain to get the pool closed and we look forward to a full summer.of fun this year and each year after and our pool company will always be aquatic pool professionals.

Josh went over the pool and all of its parts and pumps to make sure we had a great swimming season. I look forward to him coming out this spring. I would highly recommend his service .
