It went very well. The installers were very professional and they took their time. They made sure everything was done correctly. They answered all my questions in a pleasant manner. Even the office staff were pleasant and professional. They always answered the phone and kept me updated promptly on what was happening with the job scheduling.

Excellent, they told me the fences were going to be install mid-week and by Monday they were removing the old fences and by Wednesday the new fences were installed and the project complete. My yard was cleaned and I am a happy customer.

Advantage Fence (specifically employees Carmen, Lindsay, Cristy, Allix, and Jeff) were all extremely pleasant to work with. We had never had fencing installed before and had numerous questions that the employees of Advantage Fence were more than happy to answer. Beginning the process with Carmen, who came out to measure multiple times to help with our indecisiveness, to the owner, Jeff, who agreed to add one more section after we realized we hadn't ordered enough- everything was done in an extremely timely manner. We also had issues with our permit through the township and needed to tweak our original plans and the women in the office worked with me through countless phone calls and e-mails to answer all my questions efficiently and professionally. I was e-mailing almost daily at some points and was never made to feel silly or burdensome. Everyone was extremely helpful and were really a joy to work with. Advantage Fence came highly recommended to me and I was very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them to others!

Wonderful!!! The gentlemen who came were courteous and worked in a timely fashion. They took pride in their work which as a home owner is what the want to see to have confidence in your choice of the company you hired.

Everything went well.The employees were punctual and professional.They cleaned up as they went along which was a big plus for us.They kept me informed as they worked and made sure "before" they started the job that we agreed on gate placement,fence alignment,etc.We are extremely happy with the quality and speed in which they did the job!

Very well. Less than one month from approving the job to completion. Remember this is the busy time of the year. I tried the big box stores but could not get a cedar fence with a cove top style. We are very pleased with the quality of the fence and installation. (One picture is prior to the gate being installed)

It was fantastic. In 40 years of home-ownership (4 personal residences and 2 rental properties), I've dealt with numerous contractors and Advantage Fence was by far the best ever. The quality of work, their responsiveness in addressing any concerns I had or dealing with changes in layout for the project was excellent.

Did not get notified of start date, when order was placed we were told the week they were currently scheduling installations for. They just showed up on Monday of that week. New fence is beautiful and the install is straight and perfectly aligned.

My expierence with this company was excellent. The customer service was wonderful and they were very thourough. I would highly recommend them to install a fence.

It went great! I'll say right off the bat that the only reason there is one "B" above is because, when weather interfered with the work schedule, no one contacted us to tell us when they thought the crew might be able to put us back on the calendar; we called or emailed to find out. Having said that, Advantage was a pleasure to work with. We have neighbors who've lived here for 30 years, and they naturally had concerns about our shared property lines. The Advantage team was kind, considerate, and professional in dealing with everyone, and was willing to work with us to accommodate a few "quirks" that arose out of these situations. Additionally, the on-site crew was very friendly, and went out of their way to make sure the clearances between the ground and the fence bottom were minimal. This was very important, since the whole enclosure was to allow our dog more room to run. All in all, they did a fine job, and the fence looks fantastic. I'd highly recommend them.

The entire experience was relaxed, stress-free, professional and of the expected high quality. Would recommend to friends and family!

It started off sending in for a quote via their website, which clearly stated that we only wanted to be quoted on materials for a tan vinyl fence. The quote we got back was for them installing a white vinyl fence. Called back and got a new estimate, this time with no labor costs but for a white vinyl fence. Finally the 3rd quote was right. After weighing our options we decided to have them install it, and we picked them because their quote was the lowest. We were willing to forget the multiple wrong quotes because mistakes happen, however in hindsight it was an indication of how the rest of our experience would go. They had Carmen come to our house to measure and make sure that the quote they gave was accurate based on the work that needed to be done. We explained our trouble with our neighbor and the fact that he had cameras all around his property. He was constantly walking on their property and standing there, right in front of the cameras. There was no need to go onto our neighbors property, there was plenty of space on our side to walk and explain everything to us. Before we signed our contract we explained that my fiancée was going to be taking off of work (unpaid) because of issues with our neighbor. We scheduled for Monday the 10th, and told if anything were to change we would be contacted. We were contacted and told that they were a week behind and it would not be done on Monday. We completely understand that things can be behind and have no problems doing a different date. We managed to rearrange everything and rescheduled for the 18th, the office told us that they would contact us Monday to let us know if Tuesday was still a go. We had to call them Monday because we did not hear anything from them, and we were told that they had a little left to finish at another job and would be at our house at 11am. He told the office that he would take the full day instead of a half day to make sure he was here. At 1215 no one was at our house and there was no phone call letting us know that they were running late, he called the office and they said they were grabbing lunch and would be over after. No problem. 230 comes and no one is at our house, and there was no phone call. He calls the office back again and speaks to one of the owners. He tells my fiancée that it's hard to give a definite time when they will be at our house, and that someone had called off that morning. Again, we understand that unforeseen circumstances happen but that should have been communicated with us. My fiancée could've went into work and only missed a few hours versus a whole day of pay. The installers got to our house at 330 and brought all the materials needed. They were really awesome and polite. Everything was explained to them about what we needed done since he could not take another unpaid day off. When Carmen came to our house, he told us that we would have to cut our chain link fence down to allow their machine to get through and dig the holes, and we did. When the installers got there we then found out that all we needed to do was take the gate off, and the machine would've been able to get into our yard. We were also told by the office how they install fences is they dig and set all the posts first, then come back to do the panels. When the installers got to our house they told us that that's not how you install a fence and they're not sure why we were told that. I sent an email to the company explaining all of the above and how I was really disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication, and I did not get a reply. I went in yesterday to pay my final balance and nothing was even mentioned about the email, or an apology. I have nothing but praise for the installers, our fence looks great and they did it in 1 day. It's a shame I won't be using this company again because the installers themselves do great work.

They installed the metal fence around our 1 acre yard back in 2007. Since then there were 2 accidental damages which they repaired with ease. They are not the cheapest in town but trustworthy. The crew members are professional. Lindsay and Cristy are both very friendly over the phone. Overall we are very happy with them.

The actual installation took two days. The first day they dug the holes for the posts and did a lot of the work. They also checked with me on certain aspects of the layout. The second day they attached the chain link to the post and installed the two gates I had ordered. The three young men who did the fence were extremely hard workers and when they left there was no sign they had been there other than the fence. I would recommend Advantage Fence to anyone in need of one.

Advantage called to say when they were going to start the project. They showed up on time and completed the job in a professional manner. They also took away old fence and cleaned area around driveway. They did an outstanding job!

THE OFFICE STAFF WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH. IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE AN ANSWER FOR ME THEY CALLED MY BACK WITH ONE. THE JOB WAS A LITTLE MORE COMPLEX BECAUSE OUR NEIGHBOR HAD ALSO USED ADVANTAGE TO DO THEIR FENCING. WE HAD OPTED TO SHARE THE FENCE BETWEEN US WHICH IN TURN WE WANTED IT TO LINE UP AESTHETICALLY SO IT LOOKED CORRECT. THE MEASUREMENTS CAME OUT GREAT, AND THE INSTALLERS KNEW WHAT WE WANTED. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND IT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO COMPLETE BOTH PROJECTS. IF THERE WERE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT SOMETHING THEY WERE SURE TO ASK BEFORE DOING THE WORK. MANY COMPLIMENTS ON THE JOB THEY DID! THANKS SO MUCH AGAIN! WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, PRICE IS VERY GREAT COMPARED TO OTHER QUOTES WE HAD RECEIVED...

We have been living with a white vinyl picket fence for 6 years. Every time bad weather came, I had to look outside to see if any pickets flew off. We have 3 dogs, and the stress of them getting out or chasing someone down the bike path was not comforting! It took a lot of time and effort, but Advantage was very patient with us. We went back and forth with a million questions and pricing and the end result was absolutely stunning. Jeff came out and went over the project to ease our anxiety, being the install would happen while we were away. It took the guys about 3 days to rip down existing fence and replace with a beautiful 54" bronze aluminum Fence. We had so many boulders, digging must have been a nightmare for them. We share a side with a neighbor, which was easy to coordinate. They had theirs installed right after ours. When we arrived home from our trip we were blown away with the outcome. Absolutely GORGEOUS!! I let the dogs out with ease now. There was a fast moving storm yesterday and the only thing that blew over were my tomato pots. Lots of stress was released when this fence was installed. I thank all of the hard work they put into this project. We love it!!!

Due to another job, they were unable to be here on the previously agreed on day, but still made it within the same week. The people were polite, worked hard, and did an excellent job installing the new fence. By far, the cheapest and most polite service for this type of work in the area.

My wife and I recently purchased a house which we will be sharing with our 2 Boston Terriers and a baby on the way. One of the features which attracted us to our home was the spacious, flat backyard which gave us room for the dogs, our child, and eventually a pool. The house was a new construction and we originally asked the builder to have his subcontractor quote us. The subcontractor quoted us over $9,000 for 208 linear feet. We felt this sounded pricey and decided to shop around. We received quotes from 4 different contractors. Advantage Fence's pricing was far more economic when considering style and quality of the fence. They helped walk us through the permit process for our Township and gave us a project date which they were timely in honoring. They completed the job on time and it looks fantastic. We have received many compliments on the completed work. They took into careful consideration the nature of why we wanted the fence, and made sure that they left no space for our dogs to get underneath the fence at any points. They also planned the positioning and swinging of our double gate so that it would accommodate the installation of our pool in the future. Great planning and even better installation! The customer service was great. They were able to come out and provide a project estimate the same day. They even came out for a second estimate to ensure our final price was accurate. Even though we had to wait 30 days for our permit, Advantage still got us on their project calendar so as soon as the permit came in, we didn't have to wait for scheduling. Install took less than a day and they even loaded the topsoil directly into our pick up truck so we could haul it to a friend's house for use.

I came home and the fence was 3/4 up and came back the next day and finish. It looks great and brighten up my yard
