He showed up on time as expected. He installed garage door opener properly despite the fact it came from the manufacturer with a glitch. He contacted the manufacturer and was able to rectify the problem quickly.

Not well. Mr. Jennings was recommended to me by Cramer's Home Center in Pocono Summit, PA. Mr. Philip Cooke, Deck Designer for Cramer's gave me his personal recommendation of Mr. Jennings. Mr. Jennings was very nice on the phone. We talked at length about the details of the project, he took down all relevant property location and driving directions. Then he didn't show up. He never called to explain why he didn't show.
