In addition to replacing entire roof, did replacement of entire house siding. Positives: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Excellent company and contractor!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Great communication regarding projects being done. First project was a new roof on house and new roofs and siding on an unattached garage and a separate shed. Such a high quality job so had them return to then do all new siding on house. Diego was very knowledgeable and friendly. His team of workers were all highly skilled, did high quality work and were friendly and courteous. In addition, they cleaned up the work site at end of each day, never left debis scattered around. Never left a mess. Diego was easy to work with. Came to do the jobs as promised. He is reliable and patient and ensures every aspect of the job is executed flawlessly and to the customers satisfaction. He instills values and works ethic into his workforce which is comprised of his family members. They all take a great deal of pride in their work and should be used as a model for other contractors. For example, Diego installed our roof flashing with a high degree of precision and care. This is a critical component of every roof as it directs water away from certain areas of the roof (walls, chimneys, roof valleys). Our prior roofing contractor failed to invest sufficient time and effort on flashing which resulted in multiple leaks from a relatively new roof. Consummate professional fair prices easy to work with

Diego came out to evaluate the roof leak I was having. He gave honest, useful and appropriate advice. We ended up hiring him and even though weather caused some delays, Diego was always in communication. He was quick to answer texts or phone calls, and the workmanship of the roof replacement looks incredible. I would absolutely recommend Diego and upper level construction and will be using them in the future if need be.

Upper level construction replaced my roof and installed vynal siding. They are a family business and take a great deal of pride in their work. The roof was completed in 1 day, the siding took a week. The house looks beautiful. On the initial visit, Diego spent time with us helping us decide materials and colors. Workers were respectful and left the worksite clean each day. All my questions were answered during the job. I totally recommend Upper Level Construction.

Upper Level Construction is honest, reliable, trustworthy and I will recommend them and their work.. They call when they are coming to the job site and they are punctual. We had no problems with them working on out roof, on our gutter and they were clean and very neat with everything about the job. I wish all the contractors in the Poconos were as good.

I had contacted two other roofers before settling on Upper Level Construction. After my conversation with Diego it made sense the way he explained what would be done. We signed a deal, materials ordered and date set. Job performed in 1 day and I am beyond satisfied. Diego and crew were so professional in take down and clean up of the roof, it greatly surprised me. They left no materials behind to show that my entire roof was replaced and to top that off they even replaced the roof on my shed next to the house to my amazement.
