Upper Level Construction did a beautiful job installing our new roof. It's a family-run business. Diego was really helpful in getting our insurance company involved and the estimate that he gave us was exactly what the project cost us. There were no hidden fees or overages at the end that we had to pay more for. The initial inspection of our old roof was very thorough and we were told upfront what needed to be done, so there were no surprises. The work was completed as scheduled and they cleaned up the area after they finished. We are very pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to someone else. We intend to use Upper Level Construction to reside our house in the near future because the company was a pleasure to deal with and their work is superb!

This is a family owned and operated company that really cares about it's customers. Replacing a roof is a big and daunting task, but Diego and his wife, sons and daughters really took the time to make everything crystal clear, including working with insurance, really putting my mind at ease. I called several contractors for an estimate out of 10 that I called, four responded, Upper Level Construction was the only one that not only called but followed up on my inquiry, they were prompt, proffecional and always called me back if I had any questions. Diego goes above and beyond to explain the process and duration of the job to be completed. His communication is excellent he will guide you thru the process with ease which is big for me, I have had problems with contractors in the past which now makes me really skeptakle dealing with any contractor. I would highly recommend Upper level construction, I am really pleased with the work they have done! They are a reputable company with a high level of integrity! Thank you so much! The experience was very pleasant. Diego was up front and explained everything step by step. Diego came and gave a free esitmate. It was the lowest but I was extremely comfortable with him. We set and date and he was on time and was at the job making sure everything went right. The entire roof job was completed in 1 day!! I am now considering doing the siding of the house with him. I definitely recommend this company!!

Diego was great with listen to my concerns and making sure all of my problems were resolved. His prices are more than fair, great warranty and all was completed in 2 days. It was nice to see a family business and how they all came together to work. Something you don't see anymore. We will work with them in the future on other repairs and projects.
