 + -1 moreThe job went very well. Everything met our expectations. When Chuck came to look at the site the plan came together thanks to his idea to split an area under the steps into the space for the powder room while still leaving space for storage. It also meant not losing any of the current finished space. The area was cinder block wall and wood studs. It's now a beautiful powder room. The basement didn't have water so the job also involved installing the pump, which is why the price may seem on the high side for a powder room. For the work that was done it was a very reasonable price and under the initial estimate provided.
Description of Work: Took an unfinished storage area in the basement and converted it to a powder room/ finished storage area
