Description of Work: Installed a new ramp for modular garage and a new saddle for the kitchen door. The existing aluminum could have been tucked in a bit more pleasing to the eye but Michael is a very professional and dedicated gent.

 + 0 moreIt started fine. The board turned into two boards, the person who replace our door didn't check the boards under the frame. Michael was only supposed to replace one board but found after taking it out that the one behind it was also rotten. He took the frame apart fine, replaced the boards fine, but when it came to putting the frame back, that was the trickey part. It was a very long day and my house is very old. He had to come back to finish the job.
Description of Work: Michael replaced the board below the bottom board of our back door. to do so he had to take the door frame out, replace the board, actually it turned out boards, and then put the door frame back the way it was. that was trickey. He had to come back again due to loss of light, he'd been there all day also.
