Sent e-mail to Blaine Fardella with unit Name, Model #, and description of type of unit and problem with unit. Received e-mail with price for service call and explanation of further costs for technician. NEVER indicated they did not work on thru wall units. Called Mr. Fardella to schedule appointment and had to leave voice mail. Mr. Fardella returned my call. He asked several questions about the unit, ALL OF WHICH WERE DESCRIBED AND SENT TO HIM IN THE FIRST E-MAIL, I was told they do not work on these type units! WHY was I not informed that THIS company does not work on these units? I provided manufacturer name, Model Number and type of unit I needed diagnosed. With all this information provided to the service manager, He Could Not inform me that they DID NOT do this type of work? I wasted an entire weekend waiting to make an appointment ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY DO NOT DO WORK ON THIS TYPE OF UNIT??!! And they could not tell me this from the information I provided in my initial contact e-mail??!!! POOR WAY to treat first time customers!!!

I will never call them back again. I hope I would never have to use them again. The service was good, the prices were ridiculous. The serviceman they provided was nice, very professional. But they charged me 200 and some dollars for a $14.99 to $29.99 thermostat. I would not even recommend them to anyone. The only thing I could say nice about them is that their serviceman was polite. I did send them an e-mail, they promised me that I would have one year warranty on that thermostat and that it would be in my e-mail receipt and it was not in my e-mail receipt. They showed up timely.
