NATURAL PAVING

Description of Work: The owner came and gave us an estimate, he was very knowledgeable and knew the business. We gave a deposit of 1600.00 dollars with a timeline of a couple of weeks to complete the job (resurfaciing the driveway). One year and numerous phone calls later the job was not completed. He finally stopped returning our calls. We finally had to go to the state police to sign a complaint for Fraud. Several months later he finally returned our deposit only with the threat of a formal complaint and possible jail time.

Description of Work: Provided blacktop driveway. Did not use enough material per several driveway contractors we have contacted to resurface a falling apart driveway. Stated that we should not be having this problem if driveway was poured to the proper thickness.

Description of Work: Called Natural and they were quick to set-up an estimate. Ronnie appeared professional and well mannered when do the appraisal, which was a good price. They showed up unanounced a few days before and dropped their equiptment in my driveway and the equiptment sat there for a few days until the rain cleared for work. The driveway was graded by them a month in advace and they said they would redo the rollover the day of paving: they didn't. They also marked their lines without me around and they were crooked. I wanted two parking pads to look equal and they were not; one was fatter and the other one was longer by about one foot. They dumped off a tree stump and pine tree limbs on my neighbor's property, prompthing him (the neighbor) to call the township on me for not having an estimate (I was unaware of this). The township showed up and I paid my fifty bucks. I apologized to the township but they were not too happy with the mouths on the crew of Natural Pavers, I just think yelling fbombs at my neigbor is a bit unprofessional, even if his son was not there. A crew of 5 or 6 worked on the job, of which included the two owners and one or two other experienced guys. The ashalt was sloppily placed with uneven levels of concrete. The equiptment is old and water was overflowing to stop it from spewing out; my attempts to fix-it x 2 with a cork was unsuccessful. After less than one week weeds were growing thru the sections of the edges. I sprayed them with weed killer and patted the asphalt back down with a hammer. The weeds/grass was due to the extremely wet spring.
