Description of Work: I am an absentee owner. I needed a great deal of debris cleaned up, even though I wouldn't be present. Since I am not at the location, they could come anytime was good for them. I was expecting they would pick up within a week - they were there that afternoon. Everything clean-up, card charged, no fuss or muss. They are my new 'go to guys.'

+ -1 moreThese guys are GREAT. First, They agreed to come the same day I called and then I had to cancel my appointment because of weather and they wouldn't have been able to move the TV. No problem at all, didn't give me a hard time. Then they came the next day. Called before they were coming to let me know what time they'd be here. They carried this gigantic TV up a flight of slate rock stairs -- dangerous and difficult. Then they came in and got another obsolete TV. Very polite, efficient, great job. We would hire them again to remove all of our junk. Good customer service.

+ -1 moreI contacted another recommended garbage pick-up company and did not receive a call back until the third business day and my garbage was piling up. I would have to wait another week for this other company to pick up, which means my garbage will pile up even more. I contacted M&B and got a response within a couple of hours - their quarterly price beat the competitor by $20+ for garbage (1/week) and recycling (2/month) AND they started my services on the day that I called - since this is their pick up day for my community. Can't ask for better service!
