AT 05:36 p.m I received a called from Jermal, who stated that he came by my address and that the price would be $35.00 to remove the snow in the drive-way and an additional $5.00 for salting. I told him this was okay. I was then asked if I was at home or in the city? I stated that I was home. He told me, in 1 hr time he will return because he had to go home to get his snow equipment; I stated that this was also okay. At 08:10 p.m I did not see or hear from him, therefore, I called and got his voice mail, I wanted to know if he was still coming. Again, at 09:26 p.m, I called; and got his voice mail. This morning - Saturday, 11/29/14, I called and got his voice mail again - I stated that I did not like his professionalism and that I would write my comment on Angie's List, since I got his name from there and hung up. This was my first time using this site and base on this I believe this "gentleman" may have been a "con artist" - why? Because of the question he asked - If I was home or in the city. My neighborhood is very quiet and people not familiar with the area will assume that no ones at home, however, this is very misleading - We all look out for each other and communicate. Thus, my house looked like no one was there, and when he found out that I was there and not in the city. I got his voice mails after ended the call with him, and no response stating anything. I believe that Angie's List needs to be updated because knowingly that I gave my number and address to "this person" it is very frightful.

He didnt come when he said he would. He came the first thing in the morning, the day after. It appeared that he had rented a trailer form Home Depot or Lowes. He took eveything that he was supposed to take. But I also suspect that he took a box of shoes. These were brand new shoes, I assume he just kept them. There were 6 pair of shoes worth about $260.

John Ace made a preliminary inspection of the requested job, and gave an estimate. Having accepted his estimate, an appointment was agreed upon to prefom the work. He arrived at the time agreed, was very friendly, took ample measures to protect the furniture, and proceded to accomplish the installation. I was amazed at his expertise, and at my request, completely explained the process to me. My choice to hire him for the job was based primarily on the fact that he is bonded, licensed and insured. The result was excellent. I will hire him again in the future for any electrical task required. I highly recommend him.
