The job was completed in a timely manner. Jim has done work on my home in the past and when it came time to have this job done he was the first person I thought of for the job. He is very reliable and responsive, returning my call immediately, and completing the work expeditiously. I always feel comfortable working with Jimmy because of his professionalism and his excellent workmanship. I highly recommend him, and definitely will be using his services in the future.

Jim was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He did a great job installing the door we wanted, and fixing the trim around the door to make it look perfect. We've already hired him for additional projects.

JIm was very professional when we met, he gave me a detail description of the materials used and time of installation. the job was performed when promised and a neat and cleanly matter.

I spoke with them and they scheduled an appointment with me and they never showed up. I noticed that they disconnected their phone as well.

I called in a non emergency call and I caught him at the right time. He was at my door in about 20 mins and had everything done in about 45 mins. Clean, courteous, and professional.

Jim was very responsive and communicated with me nearly every day. This was very important since i do not live local to the area. When he worked on repairs and updates he would inform immediately of any issues he uncovered and gave me options for repair.

I can't speak highly enough about Jim Harrison. He was on-site before any other contractors got back to us and replaced the door and frame in better than original shape in just a few hours. Fantastic and courteous service, and his pricing was also better than any of the competition. I highly recommend Jim Harrison.

Requested an estimate which was provided promptly. Arranged for time to complete repairs. Repairs were completed as expected. Photos were provided to show completed work.

The work was done as agreed upon. I was thankful and all went well even when he had to return the original door because is was mislabeled. I didn't fully appreciate the great work that was done until this winter when the temperatures drop to 17 degrees! The seal on the door was amazing - no drafts! Last year we had to stuff insulation around parts of the door. Thanks so much Jim. I feel so much better that our heat isn't going out the door. Thanks again.

Came by for a walkthrough but never followed through with a quote. Had an excuse every time and after the third try, I gave up. If you're busy, don't accept a meeting and not even be able to provide a quote. It's such a waste of my time.

Jim and his crew were wonderful to work with. From the decision on my part to contract with him to the total completion of the job was only a couple days. The price and quality of work accomplished was exceptional. Highly recommend Jim to anyone who wants a trustworthy contractor who truly takes pride in his work and charges a fair price. I contacted Jim and he is wonderful to work with. He was punctual, very friendly, family-oriented, and had an amazing eye for all the work that needed to be done. He even gave me recommendations to other service professionals that would help me complete other portions of the renovation. I highly recommend Jim and his team of professionals. Everything went very smoothly. Jim came out three times to repair multiple roof leak issues we had. He was always reachable by phone and was punctual every visit. He repaired the issues we had noticed and also checked our roof for any additional issues. His prices were extremely fair and we will definitely use him again in the future.

After waiting over a week with NO CALLS or contact from him I called his phone & left a message. He called back & left an excuse that he had a family emergency which I do not believe at this point. I called him back and asked him why didn't he or someone in his company call me and tell me there would be a delay? He gave me the run around and said he will try to get the estimate to me in 1-3 days. TRY? I cannot believe this person has such a high rating on Angie's List. This is the only reason I called him in the first place. Asking for money was the first sign that something was NOT right. If I would have given him the $75.00 he said he would take $150.00 additional off the price of the job plus give me a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member and another 5% for senior citizen. Surely sounded like a SCAM to me!!! I am so glad I didn't give him any money since I never got any estimate to begin with. CONSUMERS BEWARE!

I called Jim about a hand rail. He was quick to respond and said he would stop by the same day to look at the job and give an estimate. I received a phone call that same afternoon with an estimate that was very reasonable and right in line with what i was expecting. He said he could have it done within a few days. I was in a rush as i'm selling this house and the job had to be done ASAP for the closing to happen on time. Jim had the job done within 3 days and the railing looks great and was nicer then i had expected. Very nice quality work.

jim and tom did an amazing job insulating and putting in drywall in the basement and first floor with a little bit of carpentry the work was exeptionally well done and the price was reasonable thank you and i would have you do work for me again

Jim responded very quickly to my initial telephone inquiry and was at my home within 24 hours. Within 24 hours of his initial visit Jim provided me with a price quote to perform the needed services. Within 48 hours of receiving the price quote Jim was at my home making the necessary repairs and installing some brand new lighting. Jim was also kind enough to pick up the lights from the distributor, which made my life easier because some of the lights were quite heavy.

There were some unanticipated setbacks beyond the control of H-H which delayed the start of the job. Once those were resolved everything went smoothly. The crew and owner were courteous and helpful. The owner was responsive and informative. We are delighted with the results and plan to use them for another project in Spring of 2016.

Jim Harrison was very courteous and responsive when I initially called him based on the Angie's List recommendations. I left a message and he responded promptly. The drywall work performed was very professionally done. They even did drywall patching for areas of the house that were not even part of the original estimate at no additional cost. After the repair was done, I found that a power outlet in my kitchen was not working properly. Once I called, Jim and Mark came back to my residence in less than an hour to look at the outlet. I was very pleased with the high quality of work completed and the level of customer service shown. I will definitely use H H Construction again in the near future.
