 + -1 moreWe have had the springs replaced on our garage door before without having the system replaced so apparently he is lacking in knowledge about garage doors.
Description of Work: I placed a call. They answered right away and were very pleasant. They said they would have a technician call me right away and they never did. I called them the next day, the same scenario and no one ever called me again. My husband called them the day after, repeatedly. A technician did call and they said the springs could not be replaced on garage doors, more than likely the whole garage door system needed to be replaced. He set up an appointment for Friday February 26th, and he never showed up nor did he call us at all. He did call Saturday or Sunday and left us a message saying because of the snow he was unable to make it. We did not call him back and we went with another company.
