Description of Work: Left a message here for BM Pocono Mt Seamless Gutters and Bill got back to me right away. I had asked him to come over and look at my gutters and he advised we talk on the phone first. He gave me great advice instead of just trying to charge me money. As a result of talking with Bill I will recheck and evaluate the damaged gutter pieces.

Description of Work: This company was very responsive and professional. I called on Monday; my call was returned the same day. Estimate was provided on Tuesday and the work was done on Friday. The price was fair and competitive. The installation looks great. My only tiny negative is that the clean up could have been a bit better. They did leave some nails in the driveway, but over all it was a great job.

+ 0 moreBill measured and gave me a quote almost the same day! After comparing 3-4 other bids, Bill won my business based on responsiveness and price. The morning of the job, his 2 man crew discovered rotted fascia and yellow jackets! Bill was able to reschedule the install for the next day (Saturday) after I replaced the rotten fascia. Bill's crew kept me updated during the install and suggested two changes to improved the "street appeal". You won't find better service for your buck!
