"Fantastic!!! They are exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, kind, very diligent and take a wholistic approach to solving your problem. They’ve done a variety of work for us and our family, and have always found or build the best solution while being conscientious of affordability. Our house was built in 1950 with hot water heat and no a/c. They rerouted and eliminated many pipes to streamline the heating system (which was an amazing feat!) and also figured out how to install a regular forced air a/c system, including hand made ducts so we didn’t have to incur the expense of multiple individual mini splits. They worked ceaselessly to ensure we had our brand new a/c for our sons wedding in August!!! Everyone greatly appreciated their hard work and dedication!! Especially the Bride and Groom!!! The other plus about Sideco is they are family owned and currently operated by three generations! Working with family can be a challenge but they all sincerely respect each other and utilize the blending of their different levels of experience as well as their variety of knowledge to fully benefit each of their customer’s projects. "Installed November 2021. We needed follow up service visits to adjust system properly. Following installation/service visits, we realized that 3 binders containing collectible autographs and trading cards were missing. They were accounted for prior to boiler installation/service follow up visits by Preece Heating and Cooling. They were missing immediately following installation/service visits. Attempts to correct/compensate/resolve the matter with Preece proved unsuccessful. Although a representative of Preece pledged to investigate the theft of our possessions, nothing occurred. This representative stated that workers who installed/serviced our boiler system denied any culpability in the theft of the 3 binders. This individual no longer responds to my communications. Therefore, if you employ this concern, I strongly recommend that you have surveillance cameras sweeping the work area and/or maintain a physical presence through the installation/service visit process. We had no surveillance and trusted the Preece workmen. As a result of our naivety, we lost over $1000 worth of collectibles."
