Description of Work: The contractor was contacted initially in August for a job to be started according to his schedule. He wanted the dimensions which I provided the following week so that he could give me an estimate over the phone. I never got the estimate and was promised an on site visit w/estimate numerous times (each time with me calling him to prompt a response) and even told him that the job could be completed the following spring, so there was no pressure, and that I potentially had other jobs available as well. Each time he said he would be out to my home but never followed up. At this point I've moved on to a reliable contractor who showed up not only to give an estimate when promised, but the work as well.
