Description of Work: We had frozen pipes. Not only did they arrive within an hour of our call, they found the pipe and helped us defrost everything.

The price was way too high but we didn't have much choice because I am on social security and a disabled Vet and I cannot do things that I used to. With out going through the obious and personal reasons, we needed to get it replaced asap.

Description of Work: Nothing. I needed a new dishwasher installed with the old one taken out and a new sink installed with faucet - $3000 for labor! Greg, the serviceman, was very nice -- he was just doing what he was told -- but he said it would take a half of a day to do this job for me. That's $700+ an hour! The owner allowed the service man to drop the price to $2200 but even that was way too high. Because the people who answer the phones cannot give you a quote, I had to pay $79 to have the serviceman come out to give me an estimate. You would think there would be a standard price list for dishwasher and kitchen sink/faucet install that I could have had an approximate figure before having someone come out and waste their time - well, it wasn't a waste of their time, it was a waste of my money. Very disappointed in this company for gouging prices.

Description of Work: I felt it was a con job. They did a camera view of drain from house to street. deal was that they were supposed to unclog a clogged drain for the deal price they gave on Angie's list. main drain was clogged. i figured it had to do with hurricane Sandy, i saw the deal on Angie's, so i took advantage of it. tech showed me what the camera saw. i saw a few small thin roots, but no clog or blockage. tech swore it was the roots causing the problem. he wanted $1600 or $1800 to remove the few scrawny roots. i told him the deal was they would remove any clog for the Angie's price, but he said no. not a main drain. ad did not say "no main drain". plus, prior to my taking the deal, i phoned the company and asked it it included the main drain from the house to the street. they said YES. since everything subsided from Sandy, my drain was clog free. what was promised over the phone, was a different story in person. tech kept enlarging the problem. saying if i didn't have the work done, i'd be in a real mess.
