Description of Work: Clean out drainage pipe in basement. Service provided as requested. However, the Angies ad indicated Lancaster plumbers would use a camera to inspect the pipe after the pipe was open. This function was never performed.

Aaron rocks. I've never seen a guy work so hard. He, and Al and Anthony did a great job. I've got a new gerber Avalanche toilet and it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Description of Work: I had a leaky sewer pipe from the bathroom in my addition (over my garage). The access was from the garage ceiling and involved ripping out the old cast iron pipe from the addition all the way to the main house and replacing most of the main stack. They also had to repair the bathroom floor and I had a new toilet installed. It was a tough, messy job. My main man was Aaron, who had help in the morning and again in the afternoon. Even so, he worked from 8 in the morning until 7 that evening until the job was done.

I really liked the guy who worked on it. He was really courteous and explained stuff. They did a decent job.
Description of Work: I used Lancaster Plumbing & Heating last year to clean the furnace and put new nozzles. They checked the furnace as well.

They did an excellent job. The service man showed us how to clean and remove the filter. He showed us what he was looking for and educated us on the unit at th same time.

The tech talked me into signing up for a service contract during last years service to my heat pump. He told me that by doing so, my next "tune up" would be free. Well, a year later they came out for free, but everything else was extra. A new filter was $120, a freon charge was $225, and he gave me a list of 3 other things that needed to be done as well. What a waste of time & money and this is so unprofessional. I've used LP&H for many years, but my experience here has made me re-evaluate. I tried to talk to Scott about this (he is the owner), but he was more interested in telling me why he was right, than trying to make a dissatisfied customer happy. So, best of luck to you Scott, I am taking my business elsewhere, where I am valued and treated professionally.
