We met with Christian 2-3 times. She was not very responsive to email and it took forever for them to start the project. She NEVER showed up to see any part of the project, not even the finished project. A few month after completion you could see where the work was poorly done and when I reached out to her for help to get the contractors back she never responded and when I finally spoke with her she kindly told me to do it. Worst service, if I hadn’t place a non refundable deposit on our first meeting I would have never done business with them and I would never recommend them, not even to animals because they deserve better.

1) Excellent Design Work & Communication: They took the time to get to know what we wanted. They provided multiple options to choose from and provided the pros and cons of each. We'd get together in person, but there was also a regular stream of e-mails weekly, and periodic phone calls. Keeping in touch was never a problem. We really trusted them. 2) Well-stocked Showroom & Knowledge of Current Trends: Good inventory of excellent quality items and plenty of design books so you could visualize the materials and see what things look like. They also have a good sense of emerging design trends and what's popular. They know what really works! 3) Terrific Attention to Detail: They showed us tile layout patterns which we would never have thought of. All the fixtures options, sinks, wall switches, which way the doors open, etc. were shared in detail with drawings where required. 4) Great Organization: They are exceptionally well-organized in the office and we really liked the books they created for us for each project that contained all the details. 5) Good Project Pace: They kept things moving. They told us which decisions were especially crucial to stay on schedule. They even stayed in touch when we were on vacation out of the country. Work didn't stop. There were no surprises. 6) Skilled, Professional Contractors: They kept an eye on the contractors and would stop by to see how the work was coming if needed. They really do know the guys they select for the job and they are good. They stick with proven folks who have delivered for them over the past several years. They used to do construction themselves so they know a quality job from many years of personal experience. 7) Reasonable Cost: This was an extensive project lasting several months. There were no cost overrun issues. We always knew where we stood as bills and progress payments were tracked well. They really proved their value to us. The Renaissance team will suggest ideas to get things rolling, and they are also accommodating in incorporating changes you want in the planning stages. Looking back on all our 4 projects; each was a huge success. In summary, things turned out better than we could ever have possibly imagined. We have been thrilled with the results.
