Description of Work: I have a service contract and the last time I used Sullivan they thoroughly checked the furnace and humidifier. I generally have this done yearly, but this was the first time with Sullivan. It was the best. The technician took his time, checked everything, answered all my questions, and cleaned up the area. |They will be back in the spring to check the air conditioner. | |The first time I used Sullivan, before the contract, my airconditioner was not working. They responded promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem and the charges were very reasonable.

Description of Work: I had a sewer line back-up and I saw that Sullivan had an excellent deal through Angie's List that included a video inspection along with the sewer cleaning. The plumber was very prompt and courteous; I was really pleased that he used booties on his shoes to protect my floors. He did a good job cleaning the drain from inside as well as the outside trap, and everything has been fine since then. I highly recommend Sullivan and will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

Description of Work: They cleaned a sewer line in my basement. The service tech., was very polite and did a good job clearing the line. The service call was to include a video inspection of the line. | |The service tech., was polite and did a good job; However, he advised me that the company only had one video camera and that I would have to make another appointment to have the video inspection. He set up an appointment through his office for the next day. No one ever showed up and I never received a cancellation call. | |I was disappointed that the company only has one camera and sent the tech out on the call without a camera, knowing that it was required for the service call. | |The service tech deserves an "A" rating, but the company didn't provide him with the tools to do the job.

Description of Work: It was a deal for $55 for drain cleaning, video inspection and 5-point toilet tune-up. They were fine and they did the job while I was not there. They told me that everything was done professionally and satisfactorily.

Description of Work: The rep came out for "sewer rodding" to check for slow and not working drains. He tried to snake the drains but advised I would probably need additional work. He called another rep to come out with a camera and they were there the same day. He determined we had a collapsed line and gave an estimate. We wanted the work done and it was scheduled really quickly as they had a previous cancellation. The workers came the next week and replaced the collapsed pipe and cleaned the additional lines of roots. All the drains are now working properly. Everyone I talked to at Sullivan was very friendly - office workers, reps and workers. They kept us informed each step of the process and completed the job in a timely manner. We would use again. We were confident enough in the work and service provided that we have scheduled a "maintenance agreement".

Description of Work: They only did half the job because they said i was outside their geographic area and should not {but did} have come to my house in the first place.sorry,i didnt make the rules-you/angie did-I merely followed your rules.All I wanted was what I paid for,nothing more but nothing less.I got half what I paid for and neither vendor nor Angie agreed i should be refunded half the amount I paid.All parties concerned were professional and its not enough money lost to get excited about,however,on principle fair is fair.I understand vendors plight and will let it slide.
