Description of Work: We have a drain at the end of our driveway that became clogged (I thought). Water was building up from the snow melting and got to about 6 inches deep around the drain. I was looking for a plumber on Angie's List when I ran across the Big Deal for Drain Cleaning. Called the company ((412) 271-0900) on Monday, 3/9, and made an appointment for the afternoon of 3/10. On the morning of the 10th, I came out to go to work and noticed that the water in the driveway had drained away. I assume that the drain was frozen and not clogged. It has been in the mid 50s here recently. Called the company back and cancelled the afternoon appointment. They were very friendly, courteous and understanding. So, I didn't use the service because it was no longer needed.
