At Sullivan Super Service, you’ll take pride in knowing you’re hiring a family-owned company that employs four generations of Sullivans and has been working in the Pittsburgh area since 1964. Bill and Anna Sullivan started their business out of their home with just one truck. As their family grew, so did their business and they opened a shop in Braddock and hired more technicians. Through the years the company grew but remained committed to offering the special touch of a family operated business.

Description of Work: The special was for 1 drain cleaning for $39.99. SO they were very prompt and efficient, but later that day the clog was back so they did send him back and it was fine.

Description of Work: misleading offer. the way the offer was phrased was that the $39 for this offer would go toward the actual service price. When the representative came out (we wanted a kitchen faucet to be replaced and had bought one from Home Depot to be installed) the pricing of the service was WAY too high. The young man assured me that this was because they were a quality organization and their service was of the highest quality. He DID point out that I bought the wrong faucet since it didn't make allowances for the sprayer... but that did not take away from a first quote that was more than $500. Maybe I am being unrealistic but even after the $39 payment, the pricing was so high that I could not see any value in it even after they came back with a discounted second offer for closer to $350.
