Description of Work: As promised in promotional offer through Angie's List, cleared a stubborn clog in 2nd floor bathroom drains (sinks & tub affected), tested 1st floor powder room toilet and replaced flapper to eliminate leaking. Coupon offered these services together for the price paid ($55) and, while other recommendations were made re: maintenance of toilet, no pressure to extend our use of their services and no up-charge attempts on any work. (I was very pleased.) Bob Anderson, plumber/service technician on site, was prompt, professional, friendly and completed the job well.

Description of Work: Every deal through Angie's list turns out to be more expensive. They had to go through a wall in a bathroom to get to the outside faucet. He did a very thorough job once he and my husband agreed how to proceed.

Description of Work: Replaced sewage lines and installed an outside house trap. Very quick service. Very professional. Gave me a warranty and guaranteed the issues I was having would go away. Wonderful workers. Only getting a B is because of the price was outrageous. Way Way over priced but would still recommend there plumbing service.

Description of Work: Sullivan's cleaned out the building drain. They were here in less than two hours, cleaned up after themselves and ran a scope through the drain. I was charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone. everyone was pleasant to deal with. I will use them again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Replaced two faucet shut-off valves, and adjusted a drain pipe. 45 minute job, material supplied by customer. My biggest complaint about Sullivan Service Plumbing was the price. This price paid was in addition to the $39 service call and $50 credit as part of the Angie List "deal". So basically it was $339 for less than 1 hour's work. Not much of a deal in my opinion.

Description of Work: It took them some time to clear the basement drain but did an adequate job. They did a bit of a hard sell trying to get me to replace my sewer line.

Description of Work: Purchased sewer clean out with camera inspection. Worker showed up with no camera and asked if I really needed it done, because he'd have to call and get someone else to come. Had to wait around for a different plumber to show up.

Description of Work: when they showed up I was quoted an astronomical price for the job , I just basically paid them forty dollars to look at my job and just say an outrageous price knowing I could not say yes and they walked away forty dollars up for nothing.

Description of Work: Had leak in basement. First person replaced valve but leak did not stop. Needed another visit to resolve problem (needed replacement faucet).Had to pay for additional fees.

Description of Work: Not a thing, I had a small leak under my sink. Sullivan told me 400. I asked him to leave my property. They over price everything.
