Description of Work: Replaced an old outside water faucet. Only issue, the opening wasn't filled in with caulk once they completed the job. I have since had this completed, looks and works great.

Description of Work: The only problem I had waa scheduling. The first scheduled date they were running late, so I rescheduled for what I thought was the following day. However, they actually scheduled me for 2 days later. Robert was very thorough and made a couple of suggestions-no pressure to do the work, just that it should be done.

Description of Work: The Date of service was 08/20/15 and the cost of service was $89.00

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $39 to have them come and check out my furnace for the winter months but I have an additional unit and could not use another deal. So I still saved money and got both furnaces checked out for $118. I have and will use their services again.

Description of Work: inspected everything on my furnace for safe & reliable service for this winter. Don took his time to explain everything he was checking and why. I will use this company again.

Description of Work: They looked at the drain and said we needed to spend $10,000 to dig out the sewer line under the basement floor. After they cleaned it out I have not had any problem. I don't think I would ever spend that money. If need be I'll have the drained relined with plastic. That would cost much, much less.

Description of Work: They came to clear a clogged drain in the basement. Tried a few times to clear the clog (we heard later from other plumbers that they tried clearing it from the wrong drain!), they were already giving up and talking about the next step- hydrojetting the clog, which would cost about $900, and hopefully not having to dig up the whole pipe in the basement! Thank G-D we got a second opinion- we had someone come out and remove years of tree root growth from the pipe= problem solved in just a short time! |We wasted time and money on Sullivan. They seemed professional, but they didn't really know what they were doing in our opinion, and they were not able to get the job done. We also asked for advice about a couple of other plumbing issues on the same visit- they tried fixing our slightly dripping toilet, but it's not fixed. We also asked them about a sink with a leaky tap- they actually further broke the sink when inspecting it! I would not trust these people with any plumbing jobs in the future. I really would want my money back.
