Response from Sullivan Super Service Plumbing Heating & Cooling
[Member Name Removed], We are very sorry to learn just recently through Angie's list that you were dissatisfied with the water line repair that we did in Sept 2014. You had contacted us on Oct 17, 2014 regarding a concern that you had that the water line was leaking. We immediately sent our technician to your home who determined that it was ground water coming through your foundation and was not related to any of the work we did. At the time you told our technician that you would repair the leak with crack filler and would call us again if you needed us to come back. Since we had not heard from you any further, we felt that everything was fine. We are now learning that you are upset with management and the way things were handled. We do not itemize our bills. We do flat rate pricing and do not charge by the hour. Your insurance adjuster contacted us on Sept 17th and we provided him with the information he needed to process your claim. Regarding the $600 for material that you said we did not use and it was dismissed as not a big deal. It is certainly not our policy to act as if $600 is not important to a customer. You spent a lot money with us and you should have been completely satisfied with this job. I'm not sure who you may have talked to in management that would have made light of this. Those that were involved with your account back in 2014 are no longer with the company. Please accept our sincere apologies.
