Description of Work: Nothing. I paid $39 just to have someone pay me a visit. The price they quoted for the minor repairs was so outrageous, I was struck dumb.

Description of Work: Replaced the handle of the leaking shower head. I thought, overall, their fee was high. The men were courteous and got the job done. They gave me a temporary handle until the correct one was ordered. They very nicely delivered the correct handle without any extra fee.

Description of Work: Poor work. Couldn't sweat two copper joints. Ended up using shark bites to rescue there work. Came back next day instead of a single tee in a line I had 6 additional sweated joints |Never fixed to my satisfaction |

Description of Work: Regular semi-annual inspection, but he found the air condenser outside to be very dirty and sooty and clogged, so he took it apart and gave it a good cleaning, which is what the payment was for, and recommended a cover for it in the winter, which we don't currently use. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and professional in my opinion.

Description of Work: Professional, on time but i felt like the $400 to $500 was way more than i should have paid. For the time spent working on the problem vs what i paid, i felt like i overpaid dramatically.

Description of Work: Sullivan hydrojetted my sewer line and did a video inspection afterward. They had trouble getting the equipment through the drain trap so they went up on the roof and hydrojetted through the vent, which I thought was outstanding. They also mapped my sewer line in the yard and proposed an improved drain path if I should decide to replace it. I am considering replacing it but, although I have roots, it isn't yet urgent. Overall, they were professional and thorough, and went farther in performance and explanations than anyone else I have had service the drainage lines.

Description of Work: In fairness to Sullivan, I purchased the $39 Deal just before it expired and did not have a chance to price out the service I planned to use it on. That said, I feel the $430 cost quoted to me by the technician from their price list was way beyond my wildest expectation for replacing a basement tub faucet given I already had the faucet. I can't afford work at that price even with the $100 credit from the Deal. FWIW, my regular plumber replaced the faucet and the hose on my kitchen sink for $120 total.

Description of Work: The quote received to replace the cartridge in the divert or in my tub was about $250. I was able to have this same work done by a master plumber for $80. You get what you pay for. I got speedy response and a professional tech but the price was upgrades. Reminded me of Gillece who does the same with their pricing

Description of Work: Replaced a ballast/float in a commode. I would not use Sullivan again because the cost is too high (unless they were to give me a considerable discount on their services). If you can afford to shell-out big bucks, though, you will get good quality work from them. Bottom line: They were good but too expensive for me/us. We had a Discount from Angie's List, fortunately.
