I tried another plumber who charged me 4 x as much- he lived near-by. He actually was a Master plumber but he didn't really fix my problem in the sink. Sullivan fixed it faster and cheaper but I had to pay twice. Eventually I remodeled the kitchen...another story. It's an old house. I would recommend Sullivan. Profession and gets it done right the first time for me.

It turned out great. He was very handy, helpful, explained everything, and the diagnosis was spot on.

Sullivan's responded quickly to my call and a technician came to my home within an hour in the evening. The dispatcher and technician were courteous and most helpful. The problem was quickly addressed and I had heat restored within a short time. Arrangements were made for a steam specialist to schedule to come to my home to thoroughly test the system to determine what caused the problem and prevent a reoccurence. The technician was thorough in his explanation and reassured the system was now functioning properly. I have always found Sullivan's to be timely, professional and thorough in their work. I highly recommend their work.

Needed the Furnace cleaned. Read some positive things about this company. I called and they answered. The had a tecnician there the next day. He cleaned and serviced my furnace and ended up placing me on the yearly maintenance plan. Actually cheaper in the log run and they call you to schedule. Anyway, I complained that my humidifier was not working at all. The technician diagnosed the isse and explained all of the available options (fix the current undersize until for the house or replace it with a current, up to date unit that is the correct size. I went with the new unit. He called and confirmed that he could come back and do the install the next day. He arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded with the install. All the work was clean and appears to be correct. He explained how the unit worked and what I needed to do with it. Overall Great experience and will continue to use them in the future

the tech covered his shoes when he came in the house. He was punctual and very professional. He performed the inspection of my furnace and air conditioning system. h explained some of the equipment to me and answered my questions. h asked if I had any problems with my plumbing as this is another area that the company services.

Aaron came and gave me an estimate. I felt a little pressure because he made the offer for additional amount off of price if I signed contract that day. I did sign the contract that day. The crew came on time and were very friendly. I expected a lot of dust and mess because they were drilling into the cement of my gameroom however they were good about keeping it neat and clean. I felt uncomfortable when I was told by the crew that there would be an additional charge for an outlet that was needed to plug the back up battery into. I called the salesman to discuss this and was told there would be no charge for the outlet. I did not like that they assumed they could walk upstairs and use the bathroom.

I can't say enough great things about this company. During my only call to the office I spoke with Samantha, and she pleasantly and efficiently set up the first of 2 appointments to have Malcolm come out to troubleshoot why one of the downspouts off of our roof doesn't drain out through the French drains to our backyard. Malcolm showed up promptly during the scheduled timeframe and inspected/snaked out the downspout which goes down 12 feet. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and detailed in explaining what he was doing and what his thoughts were. He felt it was definitely warranted to have a camera put down the drain to see if the French drainpipe may be cracked and water may be pooling against the foundation. Before leaving he called his office, explained the situation, and set up the next appointment for us to have a camera run through the drain. Also, we brought him in our home to show him the interior wall the faulty French drain was against. While inside, he noticed another project we were having an issue with and was helpful in explaining quickly how to correct it. It was a pleasure dealing with him! Mario showed up as scheduled and was just as polite, professional, and informative about the work he was doing. We just had these French drains put in 3 years ago and have had more than one discussion with the contractor about why this particular downspout doesn't work as all the rest do. Mario gave us good advice/recommendations and we feel very confident that his advice is worth pursuing. Both of these plumbing experts and Samantha in the office were a pleasure to deal with. When we're ready to re-address our downspout issue we definitely plan to contact Sullivan Super Service!

Pretty easy process, scheduling was easy, the technician was punctual, a little early even. He was friendly but not too chatty and got right to business. He had to use a few extra parts which increased the price minimally (30), he explained the need for them which made sense in an old house. Only complaint was cosmetically the hydrolic cement used to level the toilet looks kind of ugly and not very neat but I guess it's unavoidable, maybe they should make it in white -white toilet, white floor, grey cement line. But overall it got the job done, he cleaned up behind himself and was done within the alotted time.

Firstly, the technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He was the son of the owner of the business and seemed knowledgeable of questions I asked, and willing to answer them in a forthright manner. He even gave me some tips on how to keep the drains running "fast," after cleaning out the basement one. Regarding the service itself, I was very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone. My only gripe is with the response time after I ordered the Big Deal. I had emailed the contractor shortly after the order was placed as the Deal instructions advised, but heard no response. By my own admission, I then let over a month go by before deciding to call the contractor to follow up. The woman who answered the call was very kind and promptly set up the ordered services, which were then performed satisfactorily. My only recommendation would be that customer emails be reviewed daily and responded to accordingly. Pleased with the deal, overall.

The plumber was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. The $69 package to check all the drains was a great bargain. However, we were told during the inspection that a water main valve would need to be replaced (an expensive proposition). A few weeks later a bathroom drain was clogged. Our home warranty service used another plumbing service and when we asked about having to replace the water valve we were assured that it was not necessary. So it seemed that the introductory visit was a way to upsell to unneeded services.

There was a slight problem with puntuality however, the associate was friendly and professional. I was more than pleased with the quality of work. I would use Sullivan's Service again without hesitation.

He was awesome! Did everything he said he would do, plus some! He reconstructed my pipes and corrected mistakes by a former contractor. Since he worked on my kitchen, haven't had any problems. He also noticed some other stuff that was incomplete by a former contractor and fixed everything. I will use this guy for all of my plumbing needs!

The gentleman was on time, very nice and professional. He also offered estimates on a couple future projects I want done.

The serviceman arrived at the expected time. He installed the thermostats and checked the two furnaces that were connected to them. He gave us a printout of the carbon monoxide readings. He was very neat, organized, and thorough.

They have been my "go to" company for several years for all my plumbing and heating needs. They are always very professional, courteous, and prompt. Just about everything one would want in a service company.

Fast and friendly service. We purchased a $49.00 inspection through Angie's List and our serviceman went above and beyond. He took the time to explain, educate, and suggest other possible options for our air conditioner issue. They have flexible hours, many appointment times to choose from, and were prompt and punctual. I was very impressed with this company and would use them again!

Overall, I was pleased with the service and surprised by the big ticket toilet quote.

It went very well. He did exactly what he was supposed to do. He actually did a little more. He fixed a leaky outdoor faucet and then he checked the other outdoor faucet that I have and replaced, without my asking him to, he replaced the rings on that one so that it was all correct and new. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a good experience. I was glad he did it without asking.

The service I paid for was fine. I was shocked by the price quoted for additional services.

The water heater needed replaced as the old one was leaking. Came out in good time. Overall, I think the cost was a little on the high side (for a water heater) - but they do great work and are always courteous and professional. They also inspected the A/C (different day). They said there was nothing we can do right now (nothing wrong but a dirty filter). Found a potential future issue with the A/C unit itself - said there could be a problem in the next 7-8 months but it could be fine for the next 4 years. I have used them 3 times in all. (Water Heater replacement, A/C inspection, and a major job last year - replacing the sewage line out of house a 4-5 day job for about $9,000, which was better than other estimates)

He was prompt and very polite. He suggested ways to make it look better. He fixed it, painted part of the exterior wall under my deck so it would all match, removed the horrible foam filler. He asked what else I could think of that he might help me with. Then he suggested ways I could make that faucet more useful, rather than spending a lot on having another faucet put in. He was quick. It looks great. It works well and I was delighted.

He did good work, but the charge was so much more than what internet do it yourself sites suggested. They normally charge $615 just to install a faucet, but because I had the Big Deal coupon he dropped it to $450. I told him that I felt that was still too high and was going to go with someone else. He said that he didn't want to leave my skin like this and dropped it down to $345.00. Which was still outside of the norm for installing a skin faucet. He did very good work, but the price seems way over the top.

Sullivan's workmen were very professional and informative. They answered all my questions and gave me some advice that I will act on in the future. I will certainly call on them for an estimate when I'm ready to do the work. They performed a video inspection of a very old common sewer line which is causing water problems in my basement. They were able to tell me what the problem was and what was occurring in that long, old line. Gave me information on how I can solve the problems of sharing sewer lines with neighboring house.

everything went well had a little problem with the shower as the original fix did not stop drip, but came back out and fixed for good that was only problem and was taken care of
