They come every season to check something. I think it's $20 a year; it's not expensive. It's like a maintenance. I found out there's a box on my air conditioning today that should be replaced that they never told me. I've used them for a long time. They also look over my furnace, and I guess there's some kind of GFCs or something that I need on my furnace and they didn't mention that. They're not electricians, so I can't fault them for that.

Once the tech arrived and acknowledged that we had done a good job of trying various means of remedy, he discovered a bad (full of scale) and replaced it and the flushing mechanism. With our $39 + $100 credit coupon, it still cost us >$200 for the work. We shall not use them again.

I pay them a monthly fee for a maintenance plan and they come out and service my unit whenever I have an issue. The pump on the air conditioning unit was making a vibrating sound and they came and checked everything. They also flushed the unit and now everything is working fine.

I was extremely satisfied with the services provided and I will continue to use Sullivan in the future. I bought a $39 Angie's List deal for an inspection with $100 toward repairs; this was a great deal. It was very easy to schedule the appointment for a couple days later (they had availability as early as the next day). Brandon arrived within the agreed-upon window and called before his arrival, and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He talked through all my options with me and explained the risks very clearly. I was so pleased with the services that I decided to pay for a $16.90/month plan to cover my AC and heating needs going forward.

About 4 months after the work was done, the laundry tub overflowed. The water did not flow to the drain opening. The finished concrete work was not graded toward the drain opening.

I pay a monthly fee that covers spring AC inspection, filter change and tune up and the same service in the fall on the furnace. Because I "subscribe" to the service I always get a very quick response to any problem. The plumbers are always very respectful and professional. The work is done well and professionally. The clean up is great. * My only comment that is negative is that the prices seem to be on the high side. Because the water heater and disposal installations were not emergencies I probably would have saved money if I had shopped around. However, having said that I am going to continue my "subscription" and will call them for any emergent problem because I can count on them for fast, professional work.

Got good information but prices quoted for possible inspections and improvements were higher than expected so no work has been scheduled at this time.

Everything went well, the plumber explained what was happening. I was given 2 price quotes on what he could do. One was around $1000 and one price around $500. I did use my $100 discount on work performed. I personally thought it was way over priced, but I needed the drip to stop because it was costing me money. The plumber completed the job and everything is working fine. He was professional and friendly.

It went well, he was on time. He was personable an professional. He gave me appropriate feedback on my plumbing. I would use him again if his prices were more reasonable.

Went fine. Did need new part for air conditioner unit which cost $150.00. Ryan arrived as scheduled. He was professional yet friendly at the same time. He was very clear about what he was there to do, what he was doing as he did it, and what needed to be done at an additional cost and why. Ryan answered all of our questions and was very helpful in helping us to understand what he was doing and why and why additional tasks needed to be performed. We would definitely recommend Ryan and Sullivan Super Service. We will definitely have them come back to check our heating and air conditioning systems. We would request to have Ryan if possible.

Terrible, leaked again right after they "fixed it" and charged me $200 (for basically nothing). I fixed it myself for $10 the next day.

Someone did an inspection of all the heating and cooling of the home. We subsequently needed someone to come fix the furnace. The Sullivan personnel told us we needed a new $3000 furnace. Another repair company came and said the furnace was deliberately sabotaged by removing a wire. Also this summer when we turned on the air conditioner it didn't work. A repair person came today and a wire was disconnected from the outside air to our home. Please do not use Sulivans they are not honest!

They are very professional and the service is quick. I would use them again.

Tried to upsell me on a service plan. Gave me astronomical estimates. The Angies List coupon gave me a $100 credit toward repairs, but they conveniently charged more than the credit for the simplest of repairs. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. However, the faucet leak was repaired, I think..

I did not need Jared to come out, but he was great on the phone, and I will have him come over and assess the replacement job.

Many lessons were learned during this process. The main one is specials offered. I needed drain clog taken care of and advertised for 55.00. What occurred was a lot more work than originally thought because entire base of sink had to be removed to allow better access to the drain. The smaller snake they had only went out to 15 feet maximum and larger snake seemed to be too big for the pipes. After many trials and tribulations, the clog was cleared thank goodness. During snaking, the pipe assembly also snapped which was available on the truck to replace. Despite all of this, the worker was very pleasant, and the company honored the Angies List price of 55 dollars. I told them they should put disclaimer saying price of 55 if no disassembly required. They came within the hour after I called also which was a big plus.

They came out to replace cartridge in November for a tub faucet that was dripping. Faucet is approx 18 years old so they did not have one and said they would call around to see if they were still available. Never called back. I called in January to follow up. Said they would call back - never did. I called again in February - assured they would discuss at staff meeting and call me by end of week - never did. Finally called another plumber in March. He said it's a Kohler faucet and they only make 2 cartridges. Fixed problem in about 20 minutes. Unbelievable! Very disappointed in both lack of knowledge as well as lack of follow up.

The work was done by Sullivan Plumbing. Okay with the work. However, I purchased a deal that offered a $39 service call plus $100 credit toward any repairs done. The actual work took less than 45 minutes. I supplied the materials. The out of pocket cost to me ended up being $188.00. I was supposed to get a $100 credit. So, basically Sullivan is saying the cost of the little work that I had done was $288. I do not believe that this was a fair price. p.s. I do not take writing these reviews lightly. This is a very rare occasion that I don't feel like I received a good Deal.

service tech came in moved the handle of the faucet looked under the sink and told me that it might need a new cartridge and to replace that would cost 350.00. I said are you kidding me, I just had a new faucet replaced elsewhere for 95.00. He then said that usually people just replace the faucet instead of repairing it. I told him to leave that I would not pay that price. I called a person who knows plumbing and asked him if that was a reasonable price to fix. He asked me what kind of faucet I had, i found my paper on it, it was a Delta, he said to look at the maintenance section and read him what it says, after that he told me it would need two repair kits, one to replace the ball assemble and one to replace the seats and springs, He said both were available at Home Depot for less than 20.00 for both and it should take less than 1/2 hour to install. So you tell me what this fellow was trying to do. I guess the 39.00 special was not so special after all.

They come once a year and go over the boiler. They don't charge, but I have them on a payment for $9.95 per month, but that gives me priority. They would come on a weekend if I have a disaster. Then they come out once a year for an inspection. Its not the quality of their service, but they are always trying to up sell. The last time they came her telling me he detected carbon monoxide at a higher level around the boiler. He said one of the seals had cracks in it. I asked if he could seal it and he said no that they would have to send someone out to do it. I said okay well I have a CO2 detector and it never goes off. So he said well better safe than sorry. But it was thousands of dollars. So I asked how much does a new boiler cost. They have a sales person and as soon as he said that, I said here we go again. So they would price me for a new boiler, and not for the repair. The boiler wasn't even 10 years old. So, their service guys do a a great job, they are very nice, and polite. They are clean and have their tools, and all their stuff, but you have to be aware of them up selling you. I put my CO2 detector on the boiler and it still didn't go off. So I don't know what he was talking about.

They dug up my cellar from the foundation wall to the vertical pipe, and replaced the whole thing. It took them longer than I thought it should, and they made a holy mess. Oh my god. They did not clean up very well. They did do a little extra. While they were there they said they would fill another part in too. They were very helpful in that way. The work was fine. They did not seem very efficient about what they were doing.

I have been using them about 5 years. I have never had a boiler before and had no clue how to turn it on. So they came to check it out, gave it an inspection, and turned it on for me. They still do that, I don't touch it. I turn it off for the winter and they come out and turn it on for me. I thought the price was reasonable.

Got a call at about 6pm that a technician would be coming soon. Technician arrived at about 7pm. After inspecting the water heater he stated that he could not replace it till the next day because he he did not have a replacement tank and it was too late for getting one (from their warehouse or a supplier...). The technician was surprised that the dispatcher made a commitment to replace the water heater that day?! As a result, I ended up having work done next day by another plumber even though it could have been done the day before by somebody else had I known that Sullivan Plumbing was making empty promises! And, to add "an insult to the injury", I had to miss a day of work... Very disrespectful...My advice, if you need something done for sure - hire somebody else...

I think they're fair, they're reasonable. With the service contract that they have I think that's very helpful. They've all been very professional and courteous. They explain what they're doing, no complaints.

They were professional and I was very satisfied with the work that was done.
