He came right out and seemed very knowledgeable. He cleared out the one toilet somewhat. He did say that I needed a new toilet. Which I knew. The whole deal thing was to get me to sign up for their monthly thing. Which was okay, the problem was after he did the procedure, he pushed some thing further down the line and I ended up having a major back up in my basement. I called, I had signed up for the monthly thing, which was for free house calls and 20% off of emergencies. I called and left a message, no one called me back and I ended up having to have another plumber come out. Then the guy from the other plumbing company said that he should not have just unplugged the toilet, he should have done the whole line. I am disappointed in that. I would not use them again. He was nice, but I think that he was supposed to get me sign up for the service plan.

I called they came out performed the work described with a fast and friendly worker. All work was told to me as it was being performed and a quality check was done to my satisfaction.. VERY GOOD USE THESE PEOPLE! rare find!

Gary was great - very professional yet laid back enough to discuss things with me when I had questions. He was very thorough and explained things extremely well. I would definitely recommend these guys based on my experience.

The technician arrived early during the service "window" provided at the time of scheduling. While I was surprised at the high cost assigned to the job, when it was done, I was glad this provider charges by the job instead of by the hour. I've learned NOTHING is ever easy and the work took longer than anticipated, but there was no additional charge for the extra time involved. The worker was courteous, knowledgeable, worked carefully, wore "booties" inside the house, and cleaned up the work area when done. As time passes using the new equipment, we'll better know the quality of work. I will not use their services again, though, because I am actually outside their service area, but they honored the Angie's List coupon in spite of that error.

I ended up spending more money than I was planning to spend, but maybe for what I ended up having to replace. I don't have enough plumber to say whether they have or not charged me and the prices were fair or not. The guy who came out said that it was a matter of replacing a couple of handles. He showed me the book and showed me the pricing. They came out within the fair amount of time and I didn't have to keep calling them. I had no problem with the work or anything like that. I used them only because of the coupon. If I didn't have a coupon then it might have been a little expensive.

It was perfect, excellent, and great. He did everything that we needed him to do. They covered everything and it worked out good for me. The price was great and the service was excellent. Before they even fixed anything they were good. They cleared the drain, so I can only go by how much of a headache it was for me and there was absolutely none. They arrived when they said they were going to be there. I didn't interact with the technician, but the customer service people I did interact with were great.

It went well. We scheduled a time quickly and they came out and performed the service very quickly. They did what intended to do. They had all the right parts and equipment and they were friendly and knowledgeable.

I told them what I needed and there were 4 items: one was a toilet bowl flap that needed to be replaced, then I had 2 bathroom sinks that were clogging up so all they had to do was unclog it and third one was a replacement was a replacement of a spout for a bathtub. So he made an estimate for it and said that the total cost to do those 4 things was $470. So he took the $470 and subtracted the $260 and said it was going to cost me $210 more to do that work. Which I thought was exorbitant. So I didn't have them do that work because I couldn't afford it. They did some work but it was just for the $77. Nothing additional. The guy sounded professional enough until he came up with a price. To me it was like quoting me a price to cover the loss of the coupon deal that they advertised through Angie's List.

The came the day after I called. Called when they were on the way and gave me the technicians names. They were very prompt. Checked everything I asked them to. They explained all the options. They performed the work the same day. They wore shoe covers and used drop cloths to protect my house. Very professional looking and personable

They called right away after selecting the Big Deal and I made an appointment for about 3 days later. The technician was on time and explained what he would do and commenced to do it. When finished he explained what he had done. He cleaned up and finished the job.

I purchased a big deal from them. They were just fine. Their technician was very pleasant. He was very personable. He explained exactly what it was doing and then he showed me what he had done. He completed the job and did a nice job, without any mess.

The technician Gary B and his assistant JP were prompt and courteous and did a great job! The a/c unit was not very old, and no problems were found. The new outdoor hose faucet works well, and even though the indoor shut-off valve replacement was not part of the Angies' List deal, I knew that in advance, and the additional cost was reasonable. The existing piping inside was very close to some duct work and Gary adjusted that to allow more space in between as well. He did offer an extended maintenance plan, and left a brochure, but no high-pressure sales pitch.

My experience with this company was very good. I had purchased the Big Deal offer for $69 for outdoor hose faucet replacement. I did not spend anything more than what I did for the Big deal offer. They are very thorough, personable, trust worthy, but there is a little bit of sales accept to the call. They are looking at what other service they might provide for you in the future, so there was a little bit of that.

Things started off simple enough - the company came to clean a clog in the sewage line. They determined that the water was too cloudy to do a video inspection, so they had to snake out the clog first. They snaked out 100 feet in each direction with a large snake and apparently hit nothing. At this point, it was suggested to me that the clog might have been grease collecting in the pipes. If this were the case, the snake would push right through it, but the pipe would continue to clog after the snake had been removed. So, I was talked into hydro-jetting the pipes to clear this out. This would cost $700, but it would take care of the problem. I made the employees guarantee that this method would work, seeing as I didn't want to get the all-too-familiar up charge for a service that ended up doing nothing - they agreed. After letting them fix things up for an hour, I came back downstairs to see how things were coming. My entire garage and basement were flooded with sewage. After asking what happened, they explained that the hydro-jetting ended up forcing too much water into the pipes, not clearing anything out, and flooding everything. On the bright side, they were able to use some sort of GPS tracking device to pick up where exactly in the pipe the clog was occurring. At this point, it was suggested to me that because the house was older, I probably had clay pipes and they had massive tree roots growing through them. Apparently this is a very common problem. Unfortunately, it means digging up the yard because the actual pipe needs to be replaced. They explained that this would be expensive and provided me with an estimate for them to come out and do this. The estimate ended up being somewhere around $5,000 to replace 20 feet of pipe. I knew this was a ludicrously inflated price, and I declined without even having to think twice about it. Luckily, after all was said and done, I was not charged anything for the hydro-jetting. I ended up paying the initial $50 for what was supposed to be a simple drain cleaning. Now fixing the clog was only half of the battle - the other half was the newly created problem of raw sewage flooding the basement. After manually shoveling as much as I could myself, I ended up calling a cleanup company recommended by Sullivan. Luckily, this process (covered in a separate review of mine) was a relatively straightforward and easy process, despite having to get homeowner's insurance involved. Despite getting cleaned up quickly, it still cost me an additional $500. After that, I had my brother (who is more of a handyman than myself) come out to look at the clogged pipe. He agreed to dig the yard up and get everything back where it needed to be. Over the next few days, he ended up replacing a total of 80 feet of pipe that was clogged for around $2,500. Also worth noting - the existing pipe was Schedule 40 PVC pipe (not clay), and the places where the GPS "found" the clogs were about 15 feet away from where the existing pipe was actually laid. So, at the end of it all, the project turned into one miserable day and $3,000 worth of work from a variety of companies / people. I'm not saying that Sullivan was entirely to blame for this unfortunate chain of events, but it did seem like they incorrectly predicted a few things. It was enough that I would rather try my luck with someone else next time.

When I called to make an appointment, they were able to come the next day, were friendly, punctual, considerate, clean and professional. They did an EXCELLENT job in replacing 2 outdoor faucets I was in high need of. I've tried the faucets out since the installation and not a drip anywhere - and I'm used to my outdoor faucets having considerable leaking. So thrilled over their performance. Also gave me some great pointers in keeping them in good condition in the years to come which I will definitely follow. Definitely recommend them! Quality service at a great price.

Everything went ok. They were on time. The job was done well.

It turned out really well. I ended up buying a new furnace from them. I have been happy with them, and continue to do business with them.
