The service went well, they were nice and cooperative.

I have a drain next to my garage that collected rain water off the roof and ran into a drain. it was backing up after a big rain. My neighbor was suggesting that due to this back up, he was getting water in his basement. So, I wanted to be a good neighbor, and have this problem diagnosed by a plumber and fix the issue if this was the case. The plumbing team came out and placed a camera in my pipe and was told that the old pipe had 'collapsed' and that it was not 'cost effective' to get it fixed since the water drains down hill into another drain. Then, they spent the time to go into the neighbors basement to explain to him how this did not affect his water problem in his basement and diagnosed his problem. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I could not have had a better experience with them. Would absolutely use them again.

Sullivan Super Service Plumbing Heating & Cooling was good. I did like the service technician. I'm assuming it was a pretty good deal, I don't have anything else to compare it with but I know hourly rates were high. The service technician was here at the time he said he would be and he was here approximately 45 minutes. I don't know if I'm going to use him again because I saw some of the other reports, I know they're very good but their prices are really high. I'm going to check around with other plumbers before I give the job.

It went real good. They came during the day and I worked during the day. My brothers told me they were prompt, on time, knowledgeable of the subject, and did an excellent job.

Changed the appointment the day before from a.m. to p.m. and showed up late in the afternoon. I planned my day off around them coming before noon. They replaced the tap and the one installer started on "do you know what your water pressure is, when did you get that water pressure gauge installed" which I interpret as looking for additional business. I told them twice that the water pressure had been adjusted and it was fine as the one installer kept coming back to it. It got to the point where I just wanted them to leave and not have any more conversations about potential business.

The service was just fast. They did a good job with the inspection. We've had three companies out here, they all said the furnace was fine ans that's why I get an inspection before the winter and they finally inspected it and said the whole thing was completely broken.

They were polite. They explained everything to me so I understood what I was paying for. They were on time and I was satified with the service.

It went just like the Plumber said it would. The only problem was the WaterCompany gave us the wrong cover for the meter pit.

Things went very well. The gentleman was on time, very friendly, and courteous.

It went well - professionals came on time, did the work, very courteous. One down side was they tried very hard to sell me two things - major sewer line rebuild ($2-3K) which was unnecessary and a rather expensive maintenance plan. Pressure was "do it now to save money - sign up now, "etc

Arrived on time. Brandon performed the work and checked main shut off. We asked for prices on other work which was promptly completed. Overall we are satisfied with this purchase and this company.

It was okay. They spend a lot of time trying to get you to buy a lot of other things. They do what they ask but they also try to find business for themselves in other areas. They spent like 4 hours in the house. I wouldn’t use them again. They did a good job but they just stayed too long.

They made an appointment to explain the service and discuss all the options. We found them to be very knowledgeable, courteous and patient! They scheduled a date for the service and went our of their way to find a date that suited us. They were prompt on the 2 days that it took them to complete the job.

They are just awesome, reliable, professional. I have used them three times now, and all work was high quality.

great. the guy taught me a little about my water lines i didn't know. he tested the water pressure and let me know i could be getting better pressure. he did the work but made the fitting around the new spicket look not great.

The furnace inspection went very well but the estimate for repairing a leaky pipe was very high compared to a few other plumbers.

They did a great job! Very professional and explained everything in detail.
