Everything went as expected and all the things indicated above were done. As a result of their inspection, we now know there is quite a bit more work needed to be done at our home.

pretty straightforward. it doesn't leak or anything, but the water pressure seems very low, even compared to the old leaky faucet i had replaced.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They did a great job. They were on time and professional. They advised us of everything they were going to do. We were very happy with them. It took them 1 1/2 days and then the cleaning people came in the next day and cleaned it all up. We paid additional money. They were very good.

Purchased $39 for one hour of plumbing services and used it towards the fixing of a leaky water pipe. John, the technician, was prompt, courteous, and efficient. I would definitely use them in the future.

when the provider left, I had exactly the same situation as before he came. no water and no ice from the refrigerator. I paid Angie's list $79 and paid the provider an additional $138...basically to b e in the same position that I requested service for.

The guy that came to the house seemed very nice and even when I called to ask follow up questions was very polite. However I'm not sure that the issues he said should be addressed were actually issues. I think I like the fact that they don't charge by the hour and that they are able to look at multiple concerns/appliances at the same time, however I think they are quite expensive and you have to join thier saver plan to get some of the deals.

This is the second time I've used Sullivan and am very pleased with the service and workmanship. Scheduling an appointment was easy and was based on my availability. All calls to and from the main office were positive and friendly. JP was the technician and spent time with me talking over the work and also making additional suggestions for consideration. Pricing was given for four options in varying prices so that I could easily see the cost differences for each installation/repair scenario. At no time was I pressured to choose one option over another. Payment options were offered to make the needed work more affordable to me. The work was scheduled the next day. He arrived when he said he would and did not leave until all the work was completed (one task took longer than expected and he ended up working well into the evening). The workmanship is excellent and the care in workmanship is evident in the finished work. All areas were cleaned up and left in better shape than when the work started. Quality products were used and I am pleased with installations and repairs. Sullivan has been a reliable company to me and I will call them again when I need their services.

Their work on the other issue (heating system) was completed with significant cost to the warranty company -- only to have another company come out a few weeks later to complete the repair as they restore our system in the low heat mode only.

They came in time. I had two valves broken, one for the dishwasher and one for the water for the refrigerator. Fixed both in a hour more and less. Kind guys, they explained me everything plus some advises. Just great.

They arrived on time. He was very clean and professional. He was extremely thorough, maybe the most thorough A/C and furnace I have ever had.

The problem was simple. He identified it immediately, and made the repairs.

They cleared a clogged drain and ran the camera. The camera exposes imperfections, for which they propose to replace with new sewer lines. The proposed cost of this of course is in the thousands of dollars. We did not engage Sullivan to replace the sewer lines. The line was cleared instead with water and has been fine since.

The plumber was professional, worked fast, and tested to make sure the toilet wasn't leaking after replacing the wax ring.

After a couple days of plunging to no avail, I called Sullivan and they had someone onsite within 2 hours. After removing the toilet it was discovered that the clog was caused by the misalignment of three stacked wax rings underneath. The three rings were trying to make up for the diffeence between the flange and the finished tile floor. It was also discovered that the flange was cracked most likely due to trying to tighten down the toilet bowl ontop of the excessive wax rings. JP from Sullivan replaced the flange, raised it up and set it in place with some masonry, put down a new wax ring and reseated the toilet.
