The service was very professional! Sullivan called to let me know the techs were about to arrive. Techs immediately went to work to resolve the problems in a very clean and professional way. All work was completed in a timely fashion. Very, very pleased.

faucet handle was broken. They didn't install a new one, because of the structure of the connection, but they did replace the handle, which is all I needed!

The technician showed up much later than scheduled which has happened several times with this company. Aside from this, everything has been going well. The company actually recharges my air conditioner for free now since it's been unable to locate a freon leak in the unit which I appreciate.

The plumber did come out ot the house and check to see if my kitchen pipe was frozen. It was frozen, so there really was nothing else he could do. He advised me to wait it out and it would thaw when the temperature warmed up. It did thaw out later that day.

Excellent - hired them for an on-going customer care package and will be obtaining estimates for future work.

Punctual, thorough, courteous - no problems at all

The actual inspection went very well. He tried to up-sell two items, but I chose not to purchase them. The service provider could benefit from non-discrimination training. I'm a late-20s female, married and currently pregnant. I work full-time and took the day off work to be home for the inspection. I also kept my toddler home from childcare since I was off for the day. Toward the end of the provider's work at my home, my parents arrived to babysit while I ran an errand scheduled for after the provider left. Here is where the provider made his mistake. Instead of addressing me, the homeowner and the person whose name was on the service agreement, he spent his entire end-of-visit summary/sales pitch talking to my father. My father does not live at my house, nor does he have any decision making power regarding my home. The service provider completely ignored me, even though I was standing next to him, as he addressed my father who was seated across the living room. Additionally, he made an off handed comment about noticing the change in temperature with the air conditioner, since I'm "home all day with the babies" - except, I'm not. Overall, the service he provided was fine, but he really needs training regarding how to act in a non-discriminatory manner.

They unclogged the sewer but tried to upscale me to an unnecessary job digging up a large part of the basement

The plumber was professional and efficient in completing the work.

I had a little bit of a problem with them. The guy who came did what he could, but when he left the problem wasn't fixed. I called them after that and they sent out another technician who was able to solve the problem for no additional cost. They were super responsive to concerns.

Faucet started to leak and we were told all the pipes needed replacing. Prior to the 'fix' there was no water leaking. High pressure sales tactics were not appreciated.

They did a dye test for our home. They came out when they said they would and got done everything we needed. Very professional.

Kitchen faucet was leaking he repaired it. It was back to same status 10 days later. Replaced washers in bathroom sink. The faucets now turn in the opposite direction (backwards).

I was very disappointed. The inspection took over an hour and at the end all that he had for me was a list of suggested services I should purchase and schedule from them due to the extensive list of issues. I was under the impression they would actually DO something not just tell me what's wrong. I already knew my toilet was running and what needed done. I thought they were there to do it. I was understanding though and let the plumber give me his pitch but when I asked for detail or for him to show me he was a bit rude and short and seemed like I was wasting his time.

The plumber showed up right on time and was very polite and courteous. I purchased a deal for 1 hour of service - he unseated the toilet, realigned the drain, and replaced the wax ring. He also noticed that the pipes that fed water to the toilet were a little corroded and offered to replace them. He went well beyond the allotted 1 hr time to take care of everything and did not charge me for the additional time. I was happy with the service and would use them again.

It went really well and I'd use them again. The toilet has held up fine since they did the work. I've used them several times since, and they always do good work. They werevery knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.

Sullivan's staff were very professional and pleasant, but the $700 seemed high. I called a different plumber for a second opinion; I had worked with him before, and found him to be outstanding. That plumber assessed the job at $150, and completed the job in 45 minutes. Sullivan's sent two different plumbers, both of whom assessed the repair at $700.

They were unable to clear the line. The first try was with a standard snake and then with a power jet with video. They determine that the line was to far gone to be cleared. They gave me a couple of options to replace the line, but all were very expensive. After getting a couple of bids, I went with a company that was a third of the price. This company is highly rated by you and the BBB. The job is completed and everything works well.

Everything went well for the most part. Scheduling the service was relatively easy, they showed up on time for the appointment, and did a decent job with the faucet replacement. They did, however, upsell us on a service agreement, and we had some subsequent scheduling issues. Specifically, they called on the same day they were to do some additional work and told me that they couldn't make it which was frustrating since I could have been doing something else with my time. Furthermore, their prices for services seem overly expensive whenever they give a quote for performing work.

I've been having some issues with flooding, needed to find out if my line was blocked. It wasn't. Gave me an estimate for a valve that would prevent sewage backup in the future, was $3000.00. Going to obtain a few more estimates for this issue before having work done. The guys were professional, and prompt.
