The service technician analyzed and fix the problem within 40 minutes of arrival. He was very professional and pleasant. He also took the time to show me where all the water shutoff valves were. Will definitely use again.

They put a faucet into a place that was difficult to work and it was excellent.

They got in contact pretty soon after I purchased the Big Deal to let me know they couldn't perform the work.

It went very well with them. They fixed the problem and they let me know what the cost was and they offered some solutions that I didn't purchase at the time but they were efficient. They had to get through a few obstacles to get there but they did the work and I was very impressed. If it wasn’t for the special it would have cost me twice or more to call others that I had called before.

They came out to my house last Thursday but were unable to perform either service. Sewer cleaning wasn’t offered – apparently you have to have trouble with your sewer for it to be cleaned. The gentleman who came out couldn’t get a camera into the sewer line, but a subsequent company was able to do so, so perhaps it was a competency issue. When I contacted them, they were very responsive and apologetic. Punctuality was great – they responded quickly and came when they said they would. I wouldn’t use them again for this service, but I have used them for other things and thought they were thorough and good.

I needed a basement sink unclogged, and the Angie's List $55 deal seemed like a great price for the work. It also included a video inspection (which I skipped) and a toilet inspection. The plumber fixed the problem and provided advice on preventing future issues. He said there were filtering products I could fit over my washing machine drain hose to catch lint, but that pantyhose worked better.

Service rep was at my door approximately two days after I called for service. He was courteous and professional. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I felt very pleased with his work and happy the work was taken care of and I don't have to struggle any more to turn the facet on and off.

The basement flooded with sewage again, twice, after Sullivan completed their work. The problem was actually with an external pipe. So, $12,000 for nothing.

Service person informed me that there was a leak in the air conditioning unit and that it should be replaced because of the cost involved in finding and fixing the leak.I told him that we couldn't afford to replace the unit.I said I would have to talk to my wife about what to do.We called another company. Their repair person agreed that there was a leak, but that most people just have the unit recharged until the unit totally breaks down or arrange to replace the unit. The Sullivan technician didnot tell me this. He just made it seem like the only options were to spend a lot of money to fix or replace the unit.I had the unit recharged by the second company.

They were very quick about scheduling an appointment. The only thing that I didn’t like about them was that the deal stated they would have a camera to inspect and he did not have that with him. They got the job done in less than an hour. The plumber was a nice young man.

Don showed up on time and was very professional and thorough. The deal only included air conditioning check but inspected the plumbing and gas lines - Sulivan includes that with every visit, which was nice, especially since I was using the big deal. He did notice two small gas leaks with is inspection so it was good to know. I would recommend using them again.

Very polite and pleasant young man. They called beforehand to tell me they were coming. I like that. Everything went well.

Dealing with the front office folks was fine - they were prompt, professional, and easy to deal with when scheduling appts, etc. Had two interactions with the specialists - the first set of guys came to do the toilet inspection and snaking of the drain. Toilet inspection - It turns out that I needed some work done on the toilet beyond the inspection which cost me an additional $200. The inspection also called for the free replacement of a part but they did not have the kind of part that was needed in the truck (apparently I had some sort of different set up) so that "free" replacement was never completed. After the toilet was "fixed", the water would come on randomly for a brief fill up. It took my husband to fiddle with it for about 2 weeks until we could get that to stop. Snake draining - Had them work on an outside drain - lots of roots inside the drain and their snake got stuck. At one point the technician told me that if his snake got stuck in my drain that I would have to pay to have them dig their snake out. Luckily they got the snake out. Was not really excited to have to pay extra for them to remove their own equipment. Video inspection - Second guy came out on a different day to do a video inspection. He was very professional and competent and let me know what was going on with the outside drain. Only problem with him was that he said he would follow up with a plan on how to fix my drain with cost estimates, etc. and I never received anything further from the company. Overall, they did an adequate job - front office did a good job, techs were competent but I would only give them a B rating based on the above comments.

Technician's name was Brad - he replaced an outside faucet. He was done within 1/2 hour. Brad was friendly, efficient and very professional. Would certainly hire this company again.

The service man came on time and was helpful , when it came time to make choices about what to do and how much it would cost.

This particular service went well. Tried to get estimate on another service was given an estimate $800 more than it cost to have the work done.

He did a great job and took the old toilet and left the bathroom in great shape. I have been using Sullivan's for a couple of years and have always been very pleased. All of the employees that have done work here are very professional and through. Also, on June 10 I had Sullivan's Super Service come and service my air conditioner. The employee found a leak in the ac unit a crack in the expansion tank on the 2 year old Mr. Waterheater and let me see the meter that registered the emissions. He worked diligently for hours. I've always been impressed by their workforce.

The service was fine. They came out about a week after purchasing the deal. They were professional and followed up after the service.

Couldn't ask for better service. They came on time, scheduled the day after I purchased it (even though it was not an emergency job). Turns out my sewage pipe (old terra cotta) is broken in several places, has a good bit of root damage, and a lot of shifting. Any day now the system could completely fail. I am planning on having a lot of fill brought in to level my yard and hardscape parts of it. Rory was thorough in explaining what is certain to happen within the next few years, and what "could" happen any day. Basically, the system is from 1969 and needs to be replaced. He said if all it was were roots, they could do a repair and treat but because of all the shifting and broken pipe, it wouldn't help. That means full replacement. He is currently going to work up several estimates on what they can do from the full top of the line job to a job that would install a new line and I would finish with the backfilling, reseeding etc. They were great, empathetic to the cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I know I will never use anyone else again.

Office phoned to say technicians were on the way. They arrived about 20 minutes later, took the coupon number and got sewer machine set up. They asked for use of a hose and an electric outlet and went right to work. All went well. They were here about 2 hours.

The guy came out to see what was happening - he tried 2-3 different things, banging was still there. He called another guy for advice, and that guy just told him to turn out water pressure way down. (It was on 60! Anything under 80 should be fine). So he didn't resolve anything, finally apologized and left. Didn't charge us. Would I hire this company for a future job? Hard to say - I appreciated the effort, but the whole point was to fix the plumbing issue which they did not.
