Excellent service. They were able to come to our house at a time that was convenient for me (which is usually not easy with my schedule). The drain was unclogged and they cleaned up the mess in my garage from the clog very well. The scheduling and communications between myself and the office manager was also made very simple. Ps this was all completed on a holiday weekend!

These guys (and gals) are the best.

Sullivan was the third plumber I contacted. First plumber set up two appointments and never showed up, second plumber took more than a week to get back to me, so I tried Sullivan. Bob A. was the technician. He showed up on time, was professional and cleaned things up better than they were when he got here. I think he showed up even earlier than I was told, which is fine by me. I went with the more expensive of the two options he gave me, due to having an older home, and not wanting a temporary fix. He did a great job. Spent approximately 3 hours from start to finish, replacing stems and faucet, shower head and three handles. Fortunately, it put an end to the drip that had been going on for about 2 months. Price was much higher than I expected. Would probably get a second opinion next time, but having already had a no show plumber the first two times. I didn't have the time to waste getting another opinion.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List to clean our kitchen sink drain. Brad (plumber) was very polite and seemed to know what he was doing. He snake cleaned the drain, walked me through and explained where he thought the clog was. He also tightened the toilet and checked its functionality for leaks. He said that a video inspector would come the next day to have a video of the pipe as per the Bog Deal. Next day the video guy showed up, looked around and said that his camera is too big to fit in our kitchen sink drain pipe, so he could not do video. Let's wait for a couple of months and if there is a problem then he would do a thorough check. To me it was just an excuse not to do the job. The drain was clean so I guess I said ok, lets see, A couple of weeks later the pipe of the kitchen sink that Brad opened to clean the drain started leaking and I called Sullivan again. The technician came next day and it was a sealing ring off the pipe, Brad did not tightened the pipe correctly. It was a five minute fix and no charge. However, that is the reason I rated quality as B because I was not happy that a video inspector did not have the proper size camera to meet the terms of the deal and I had to waste my time for an additional call. Other than that the service was very professional.

We had a new air conditioning unit and furnace installed on a Thursday. We did not spare any cost as far as equipment and expected quality installation/ service after the salesman's effusive assurances. Overnight Thursday, (the same day of installation) the air conditioning stopped working efficiently and worked on and off the next day. We called Friday early evening, were told that someone couldn't come out that night. Totally understandable. We were told however that someone would come on Saturday. So far, we have not heard from anyone at Sullivan. Their salesman assured us that there was responsive 24- hour service for customers and that does not seem to be the case. I hate to sound ageist, but if someone told me the technicians who did the installation were 14, I would absolutely believe them. Young people can be very competent, but extended experience does seem to make a difference. I am petrified about what will happen in the winter when we need to use our furnace.

I used a special coupon for this service. Paul Thibodeau arrived late because his previous job had run overtime. He was extremely pleasant and professional, and most important, knowledgeable. He gave me great suggestions for keeping my drain running in the future. I showed him an additional problem that I discovered earlier in the day (the inside valve for my outside faucet is leaking and unusable). He diagnosed the problem immediately and I scheduled a return visit for Paul to do the repair. I highly recommend him.

They stiffed me on a 12 - 4 appointment for another day (called me at 3:50 to let me know), so had to reschedule, thus wasting a whole day. Next appointment was for between 8 and 12. Samantha called me at 11:20 saying he would be here in 30-40 minutes, which he was. I got 2 drains snaked at a "discounted" price of $449 FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR'S WORK. It was originally $524, but I asked for a $50 discount due to the wasted day the previous week. I signed the invoice without looking at it until after he left. $75 was knocked off with no mention of the $39 previously paid for the deal (still short $14). I now see their $55 deal for a drain cleaning, video inspection and 5-point toilet tune-up! Was I robbed? I did not get a video inspection nor did I get a 5-point toilet tune-up. Granted, I wasn't in need of those other 2 services, nor was I offered, and had only paid for their earlier $39 deal. I did want my toe tap in the bathtub fixed, but we both forgot about it after the drains were done, so it still does not hold water. Luckily I take showers. I wanted several items checked but was quoted prices ranging from $2000 to "possibly" $5000 and up for more extensive work. I had to decline since I am now living on social security. In the future I think I will get several estimates before trusting one company to do my work. In all fairness, Brandon did the work and did an excellent job replacing an outdoor faucet last summer without charging anything over the Angie's List offer. He is a very courteous gentleman, explained a lot and cleans up after himself. My bank account is crying..... $55 for Drain Cleaning, Video Inspection and 5-Point Toilet Tune-Up!

After all that you probably think I am unhappy. That's not the case. The faucet is much more modern and looks and works great. Technician was excellent, as was technician who did prior job. I have a regular plumber, but I will certainly keep Sullivan as a reliable backup. Also, I can request the technician I want to come out.

Seemed to be knowledgeable; however I expected to have more work done rather than just a detailed description of what was needed.(leaky faucet underneath basin in bathroom and clogged drain in the basement). The hot water heater was thoroughly checked for gas leak and cleaned of any sediments.

I have a contract with them now, so they come and do air conditioner and heating. I think they are the most thorough technicians that I have ever had. I didn't have to pay anything because, the contract covers that. They look at other little problems for me, they looked at a drain for me. There was no additional charge. It was a bathtub drain. They check the part in the house and then the unit in the garage. They take it apart and look at it. They make sure that it works. They are immaculate, they put covers on their shoes when they go in and out. He took them off and on every time. I think they are reasonable and every time I've called, they come out the same day. They come when they say, they give me a window, They come within the window and they call me before they arrive and they are here with half an hour. We have an on going relationship.

They gave me an estimate for other work, which was a bit high for me, so I won't use them for that. But they were fine. They were professional and on-time.

Bought a special from Angie's List. Service, from scheduling to calling when the technician was near to completion of the job, was excellent. JP, the technician, knew what he was doing. For instance, he kept the blowtorch from melting any siding. He explained everything as he went, and even provided some extra service. I was highly pleased and plan on using Sullivan Super Service in the future.

It turned out okay. They did not charge anything besides the big deal charge of $89. I wasn't there. My husband was there. They dealt with my husband. He didn't have any complaints. They cleared it and that's all I needed. If I got another deal, I would use them again. They were fine. They came out when they were supposed to. They did what they needed to do.

Unfortunately, the guys that came were not able to unclog the drains. They came on time and were professional. They stayed for about 1 hour trying to get it unclogged. They told us that they needed to dig in our garage to get to the blockage and that it would be an estimated $3500 to complete the job. We ended up hiring someone else to get a second opinion. The next guy that we hired found out that we had roots in the pipes which were causing the build up. They unclogged the drains/sewers and we haven't had a problem since. It did not cost us anything extra for them to unclog our drains.

They are a great company. I definitely like dealing with them. There were no additional costs to the $77 Big Deal; that was it. It took them maybe an hour or 90 minutes to complete the service. They have always been great. They are not cheap, but they are not more expensive than anyone else. They usually call back within ten or fifteen minutes. They are always on-time. They are coming out on a month or so.

The service was great. I thought they were very thorough. My wife was the one who fully dealt with them, but they came out when they said they were coming. They were here on time. My wife was quite pleased. Ever since they did the job, there hasn’t been any more problem with the sewer line.

The person who came was very neat, and courteous. He used protection on his shoes, and was concerned about tidiness. This is where good things end. The service person tinkered for about an hour, and then said that cleanup was done but that we needed to buy a new furnace. He said that there was a small gas leak and showed us the overall area where it was located, and then said that fixing it would cost over $1,000 so it would be better to buy a new furnace for about $4,000. He was very insistent on doing the sell right away, while pushing on the fear factor of the leak they had found and the danger it posed. We were suspicious immediately. We had had some big plumbing + electric work done only a few months before, and it amounted to less than the $1,000 for this small (thus why we couldn't detect any smell) leak. It was incredibly difficult to get the service person to leave the house. He was not willing to leave unless we signed for the new furnace. When he left, we realized that this person had done something so the fan NEVER turned off. As soon as he left we called our usual furnace person, who is much more expensive (which is why we had bought the service at a really discounted rate). Over the phone he solved the fan issue, and then came for an appointment. There was no leak, as we suspected. Also, our trusted furnace service person said that there is no way any maintenance had been already done. He showed me inside the furnace, and there were dust webs and leaves inside of it! He said that whatever the other person did, it did not include even the most basic cleanup of the furnace. So, in short we paid $39 for someone to come to our house and leave it as clean as it was, tinker and make some noise in the basement, and leave the furnace in pretty much the same shape as he found it. They also hoped to leave with a $4,000 contract. These people pretty much run a scam. Beware!

I was actually only hoping for the camera inspection. That was offered for free with a sewer cleaning. After the gentleman left I realized he only camera'd a drain & a trap vent in my yard. We got to talking about other things going on with my sewer I never asked him nor did he offer to camera the main line from the trap inside.

Plumber arrives and went to work on the drain. With in 20 minutes the drain was working normally. Very professional

Caleb Shultz was pleasant and professional. He went beyond the call of duty and spent the better part of an hour addressing my concerns. He cleared a hair glob out of the drain and ran the water for 5 minutes. Despite starting shortly before 4:00 pm, he used a camera, carried a ladder up 2 flights of stairs, opened an access panel and thoroughly examined the options before deciding on the best course of action. I would definitely call again.
