Sullivan Super Service Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I have been unable to fix this ongoing problem with my plumbing. It's highly unlikely that I would use them in the future.

It went well. I was satisfied with their work. They gave me a variety of estimates. They were right on time. They left the area very clean.

It was like a two-fold thing. I'd give them a B because the estimate they gave me on doing an additional job was way out of range for me. I had them come and clean my sewage. They sent someone back to take pictures. The second person that came out was saying that we're going to probably need to replace our whole sewage line. The price of that is about $10,000 and we're going to be probably backed up in the next couple of days. I don't know why they sent that guy out. That's why I gave them a B rating. In the first work they had to do, they were fine and they did it. They said they offered a free photo but they didn't have it at the time the guy did the work. The secondary guy came out. The initial people that did the work was fine but the I don't want the secondary people to work for me. The quality was very good. I was turned off with that secondary thing. I would use the young men who did the work but I would not use the other two people that they had. The first person came when they said they would.

Water had been pooling in front of my garage by the storm drain. I called and they were able to come out the same day. The service technician confirmed that the drain was blocked by ice and that the water would eventually stop pooling when the ground/ice finally thawed after the long cold winter we had experienced. Weeks later it thawed out. The technician was polite and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company and have continued to use them.

Pleasantly surprised by this company! We did our research and found Sullivan highly rated on Angies List. They quoted and charged us 1/4 of the cost of 4 other companies we quoted! Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy as the customer service representative knew all answers to my questions. We got an appointment as soon as the following day. We personally dealt with TJ and Ryan and both were extremely professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to clear our drains as well as answer all questions we had (which were many.) Thank you both so much for all your help, we now know who we will deal with regarding any future issues. I highly recommend Sullivan. A++

Came out and checked the system, and wrote up an evaluation. They recommended some repairs that were unnecessary, but were very polite about it. To be fair, the system is old and probably should be replaced. I strongly believe the recommendation was being made to proactively avoid a possible failure. Fast response, professional company.

I bought the $39 deal from Sullivan through Angie's List. I had a good experience with the guys (Paul and Matt). They were on time, courteous, professional, and helpful. As I mentioned to them, I am looking to make a few renovations in my bathroom; so the fixed diverter bought me some time, which is all I needed. They offered some helpful advice and ideas. I would definitely call Sullivan again and would recommend them to others.

It was trying, but they made sure that the job was finished. First time, the tech did not have the video equipment to see where the clog was. He said that the sewer pipe was clean. Second visit, he found a tree root under my driveway, right near the outside drain. He put in a patch job, in the inside sewer line. Everything seemed to be OK. Then the sewer gas came back. I called and they sent out Paul. Very professional and experienced tech. He found a leak, and traced it to the source, and fixed it. He redid the patch, and was extremely professional! I would call Sullivan back and ask for Paul. I asked him about the other services, and he told me about the HVAC, and he said that they could install furnaces, annual checks on HVAC. I appreciate all that was done to make the job done right. I feel that 3 visits is not their norm I just feel that the had a technician here that needed to be shadowing an experienced tech. Thank you Sullivan.

Representative was exceptionally professional.

It was good. I liked that they did a video inspection.

They gave me a price of $500 to replace a kitchen faucet. I had the new faucet I wanted installed and the valves. I told them their price was ridiculous. I later found a plumber and the faucet was replaced for $98.00.

They are a highway robing company. I put on my facebook page for people not to hire them.

I wanted clean the drain, due to previous overflow problems 2 years ago. They did the camera observation and recommended we replace the drain in the basement in order to avoid future problems. It is a very expensive proposition,so we will think about it.

Great! The service person was very thorough and professional. I recently purchased my home so I really appreciated the time he spent explaining how my system operates and what I need to do to maintain it.

It went fine. I didn't pay more than the "Big Deal" I purchased. They were fine. They were both very fast and very efficient.

peThey were punctual and professional. The quote for fixing one of the commodes was about $200 to replace a fill valve. I later found out it is a $20 part and a friend of mine fixed with no previous experience fix one in an I was also given an estimate for a drain

When spring arrived and went to turn on my indoor valve so that I could use my outdoor faucet, it leaked everywhere because the valve had slit open during the cold winter. Paul T arrived on time and performed the work in a very professional manner. I can now use my outdoor faucet to water my garden

The serviceman came the same day and was friendly, competent and knowledgable.

They were quite prompt and professional. We purchased an Angie's list deal for a toilet tune-up and were overall happy with the service. We did end up paying about $120 to replace the valve and handle which seemed a little on the higher side.
