Description of Work: I scheduled 2 weeks ago to have my sewer drain rodding/cleaned and visualized today. No one explained to me that the initial trip involved an overall review with no work performed. I waited 4 hours and they arrived late after waiting all morning.They did come to do the service I paid for. Required another schedule date to do the work I paid for. I took off from work today to have this done. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund to my charge card.

Description of Work: He was suppose to do a drain cleaning with a camera. The toilets were running on the slow side. It was a cold day and I told him that I would like to see the video. I would stay indoors while he set up everything. He came in about 5 minutes later and said that the test was complete and the outside drain has a dip in it. It would be an expensive repair. I had drain insurance on it through Dominion so I called them. They did a camera test and said that everything looked fine. I am not sure which company was mistaken, but I have not had any problems since.

Description of Work: I called Sullivan's on Tuesday and got an appt for Friday morning. Gary showed up on time and ready to work installing a waterline to my fridge. He was friendly and professional and explained everything he was going to do. He finished quickly, showed me what was done and explained their services. I would use them again if I needed a plumbing or heating issue

Description of Work: Their prices were grossly exhorbitant and exceeded what I was willing to pay. They followed the script of other negative reviews..look at job, go to truck, return with book quoting exceptionally high rates for their "cadallic" service, and reducing the price when the customer balks I am sorry they continue to be listed by Angie's List. In my opinion, they are using the $79 Deal as a lead-in to quoting prices well above the deal's value, and then if that price is refused offering the service at a reduced price...making you think you got a good deal. In addition, I believe his truck hit and damaged the gutters on my garage; this is being reported to the police.
