At Sullivan Super Service, you’ll take pride in knowing you’re hiring a family-owned company that employs four generations of Sullivans and has been working in the Pittsburgh area since 1964. Bill and Anna Sullivan started their business out of their home with just one truck. As their family grew, so did their business and they opened a shop in Braddock and hired more technicians. Through the years the company grew but remained committed to offering the special touch of a family operated business.

Description of Work: I bought the package deal for $79.00 which includes the toilet clean up. Still has a |residual flush and provider did not know what was included in the package. Although he was very nice and punctual, I feel the provider should know what there providing and fix it.

Description of Work: The tech hooked up a bathroom drain for us. All the prep was done. We were still charged their "flat rate." This seemed a bit high. And, while the tech was certainly a+, he was very pushy regarding our future need for a water heater and he was in disbelief that I would not immediately sign on the bottom line for this current unnecessary service. I would not use their big deal again because you will still pay their "flat rate," and ultimately pay over and above the big deal.

Description of Work: Cleaned/Opened a drain pipe leading from a 2nd story bathtub to the basement. Service representative needed to cut off old metal inspection pipe to get to the drain pipe. Once he gained access to the drain pipe, he used a powered "snake" to open the pipe. Service rep. arrived within time frame agreed to. Professional in his behavior. Did not try over selling what he needed to do. I/We would use this company again.
