Description of Work: I purchased a $77 deal to have a new outdoor faucet installed. However, before they came out to do the work I found a deal with another provider for a particular type of faucet that I wanted and I traded deals.

Description of Work: Furnace checkup. Seemed to be a thorough inspection. Everything was good.

Description of Work: They were supposed to get a camera down into the sewer. They could not. Two different guys came on different days. They didn't do anything, either of them. They just charged money. Ridiculous

Description of Work: Brandon cut and replaced a piece of copper pipe, he then installed an outside faucet that was defective. My appointment was scheduled between 12 and 4 p.m.; I was called 20 minutes to 12 and told that he was on his way. He arrived promptly at 12 and performed the work quickly and efficiently without any extra charges. I was very impressed! Thank you!

Description of Work: Unclog sewer and ran camera in sewer told me my sewer was collapsing said it would be between 5000 to 6000 dollars to fix got another plumber he did it for 2300 and said the sewer was not collapsed but one pipe went down into one running up hill replaced the pipes the man from Sullivan never got back to me I was not happy with them

Description of Work: Drain Cleaning & Plumbing Inspection. A slow draining driveway drain was augered. Drain still was very slow - They brought back electronic equipment to determine what the cause was. Turns out it drains into a gravel pit, so the drain can only maintain a certain amount of fluid before backing up. - Spoke to older neighbor who confirmed this is how they built the houses on our street. Person performing services was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional.

Description of Work: We took advantage of the Angie's list offer to have our sewer lines snaked, and viewed with the camera. We knew that the pipes were very old since our house was built in 1899. After reviewing the camera and discussing several options, Sullivan provided two proposals for solutions. They were very professional and the pricing was fair. We decided to have our sewer lines under our basement replaced. The crew who performed the job was professional and took care to make sure we were informed during the process. I think the basement ended up being cleaner than before they started. We took the opportunity to have a garbage disposal installed while they were here because we now felt comfortable with our sewer lines not backing up. All in all, I would recommend Sullivan to friends and would use them for plumbing needs in the future.

Description of Work: I recently purchased new granite counter tops and scheduled Sullivan to come the next day to connect the water and disposal. When the technician arrived he stayed for approximately an hour but was unable to connect the disposal. He explained that this was because my sink was now lower and it would require the pipes to be moved. He indicated that he would not be able to do this for me and would need to come back another day with help. So, after taking the day off from work, I still did not get the work done that I needed. When I mad the appointment I indicated exactly what I needed to have done, the technician was not prepared to do that and wasted my time.
