All County Asphalt & Masonry

I hired this company to seal my driveway. They finished the job in record time but in the process did not attempt to protect the newly installed siding/garage door of my house. As a result, tar was splattered on the lower 2 - 3 feet of the house. I called and was informed that soap and hot water would easily remove it. I tried that and it didn't. They said they would come out the next day and remove it themselves. No show. I called again and was told that they had some solvent that would remove it easily and would come out the next day. Again no show. Meanwhile I found that a Bug and Tar remover made for cars would remove the tar but it took some effort and several applications to remove the larger spots. I spent approximate 3-1/2 hours to finally get 99% of it removed. The second problem resulted when several hours after they finished it started to rain and unfortunately rained for two days, after which I discovered that parts of the driveway were not sealed. Their contract states that all work is guaranteed for 5 years. I believe they should return and at least seal the surface not sealed the first time. I called two more times and even their answering system doesn't respond and messages to call me have gone unanswered. I then went to People Claim.Com who arranged a settlement by May 18th. The owner called on the 18th and we arranged for them to redo the job on Tuesday, May 20 between 1:00 and 3:00 PM. No show again and no phone call to tell me why they didn't show or to arrange another time. On Friday, May 23rd I called the owner's phone number that he had given me on the 18th and his wife answered. I was told that he stepped out for a minute and would be back in 10 minutes. I told her it was important that he return my call as soon as possible. Still no answer. I believe this business can not be trusted to live up to their agreement. They called again and arranged to complete the job on June 5. Again no show. All calls go unanswered. No one has called to explain why they didn't show or to arrange another time.

They came out and sealed the driveway and did some black top off the side. They did a very poor job. They sealed the driveway and then dug the additional side. They put the dirt on top of the sealed driveway and they tore off all the sealant. They said they would be back in the fall. They never came back to seal.

All county did not show up on Monday 10:00 am as promised. I called and left a message at 3:30 pm asking what happened. All County called me at 4:15pm saying his tree cutting crew called off and he was out cutting trees all day!?. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for Friday 10/25 at 10:00 am. It is now 11:00am and All County has not showed up!!. I am going with another contractor.

Terrible. Had to call them back because I was dissatisfied with the results. I am still dissatisfied because at the beginning they told me they would make it look beautiful. Very bad job and I will not recommend them to anyone.

peter called me sat am on july 13th said he would stop over and look at job he was here at agreed time . Quoted me a price i said go ahead was done that day on the spot.. IWOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE
