"I felt like Gary abandoned my projects. I hired and paid for him to finish our basement/attic. I also had a few other projects like a fireplace remodel, kitchen tiling, and doorframe build that I needed. He finished the basement and quoted me for the others but said he would have to go to another project and come back after Christmas, then New Years, then he didn’t know. I have been calling, texting, and always get a runaround and a bunch of excuses. Miguel, his assistant, was great and always went above and beyond and provided great customer service. With Gary, it felt like pulling teeth to get my projects finished. He even left my finished attic with no door on the crawl space. My contract said “finish trim work in attic” and he claimed he didn’t know there was a crawl space door there when he quoted me so I’d have to pay someone else to do it. Honestly, I’m pretty sure that was an excuse to just be done with my project and on to a bigger dollar project he had lined up. I think he’s blowing me off now because he’s chasing higher paying jobs instead. Disappointing when someone doesn’t keep their word, so be wary of that. If you have a bigger dollar job, you’ll be fine until it gets to the end and he’s ready to move on and leave loose ends on your project. I wanted to give him a chance to redeem himself, but he doesn’t seem interested."

I carry $2,000,000 liability insurance. (that i have never used). I have never been sued or brought to court. I have alot of repeat customers which speaks for itself. I think of myself as a honest man who just wants to provide a good quality service to people who need someone they can trust with their biggest investment. Their home! I have lived in ireland england and the u.s.a. And have worked in the construction indusrty in all three countries. I have a degree in drafting helpful in instalations and design changes. I belive that the customer is always right!!! I do all and any work that comes my way. Not too proud to do small jobs. You never know where it will leadto. I had some tile replaced in my basement in front of my fireplace and it came out looking amazing. They also did some demo to remove old paneling and put up new plasterboard and did a texture plaster job on the walls. It came out looking absolutely incredible! Also as part of the project I needed to have low dust and not a lot of mess since I have some pets and a young child. They accommodated in spades and did a really good job. 10 of 10 will hire again."
