Price Right Pools

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO RENOVATE YOUR POOL. They will do the job, make a mess, create problems and once they have your check, Izabella will disappear. Renovated our pool in May, 2022 and was immediately notified of a problem with the quartzite finish. She disappeared for 21/2 months and until a call letting her know we would take further action, she finally showed up. Now, she is blaming us for the problems she created and is acting as though she is doing us a favor by suggesting a solution that may do further damage. AGAIN, I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH--DO NOT HIRE Izabella at PRICE RIGHT POOLS. Terrible!!!

Price Right Pools is the BEST contractor that I’ve every worked with. Izabella, the owner, is helpful, communicative, super-professional and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. This past year the Izabella and her team turned our 35-year old, run-down pool and patio into a beautifully hardscaped outdoor living area, with a gorgeous resurfaced pool. Izabella came to our project with wonderful suggestions, from the overall design down to the smallest details. Early on we met with her at her supplier and picked out paving stones (much better than choosing them from a catalog, which we could have done). Her crew was very professional. Flavio, the foreman/supervisor for the hardscaping was terrific, as was his entire crew. We had some permitting issues with the township early-on, which Izabella resolved by staying on top of it and keeping us informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Price Right Pools for working on your pool and/or patio and would hire them again in a minute!

The pool looks beautiful, and we are very happy with the appearance and quality of the products used and the construction methods. We especially like the multi-color brick-type coping and the Diamond Brite plaster, which looks and feels beautiful and natural. Izabella, the business owner, was very knowlegable, responsive and professional from start to finish, and the price was competitive with other vendors we interviewed. The project was on target with budget and schedule. Izabella visited our site after each stage and kept in touch by phone and email to ensure things were going well. Her crews were professional and thorough, and they took their time. We once had our pool refurbished by a different vendor in the past, and we thought that Price Right did a far superior job. Highly recommended!

I got several estimates, most of which were within a few percentage points. I made my decision basing it on what Isabella said and presented to me and her written guarantee. The job went fairly smooth. The plasterers could have been neater. The final step was to caulk between the coping and the cement sidewalk. The workman started the job with forecast of rain. The rain put pock marks in the surface of the caulking before it hardened so he had to come back later and try to smooth the surface. The price quoted up front is what I was billed and what I paid.

Izabella responded to an internet inquiry when another contractor did not. She came over quickly, discussed the job in detail and scheduled the job quickly. Throughout the process she was repeatedly in touch keeping us posted and answering questions. She suggested some changes in the decorative tile which we liked. The total elapsed time was less than a week. The pool looks great.

Overall it was excellent. They were very careful about making sure that we selected the right combination of products for a pool meant for a good lifestyle. They took into consideration that we had small children. We had a pool forty years ago and had steps that were narrow. So they put in a trim tile so that the steps could be identified easily. They were able to start my job in about a week after we made our decision of the renovation. The owner was actually a woman. They completed the renovation within four days. I thought that was pretty good. She came by everyday to check on the work. I thought the price was reasonable. The materials they used were very good. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.
